Located in lively Camberwell SE5 London, with easy bus links into Central London.....Welcome to our spacious two-bedroom house....
With open plan ground floor kitchen, living room and dining room area along with a shower room and a full bathroom.
Under 20min journey time from the house are both Denmark Hill, for overground train services to Central London and Elephant&Castle for underground services (Northern and Bakerloo Tube lines).
An ideal central location for up to 4 Guests to relax!
The space
The space
Located over 3 floors, this spacious and comfortable London house can easily accommodate up to 4 guests.
On the ground floor level is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area with large sofa, coffee tables, TV (personal log ins may be required to access Apps) and a dining table, with 4 chairs.
There is a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils for preparing a quick snack or an evening meal. Also located on the ground floor is a utility room with a basin and WC along with a washing machine and tumble dryer for Guest use.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with Double day bed and large wardrobe along with the family bathroom which is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, shower over bath, basin and WC. There is a further room on this floor which has a sofa and some further chests of drawers for storage.
On the top level of the house is the Master bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and large fitted wardrobes.
There is complimentary WiFi available for Guests to use during the stay.
PARKING
There is some limited payable on-street parking available on adjoining roads during the 8am-6.30pm period but these are likely to be chargeable. Please check parking signs for payment telephone line and instructions (card payment required). Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability.
CLEANING AND LINEN
The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one small hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
GOOD TO KNOW
There should be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store - Costcutter located at Costcutter, 169 Camberwell Rd, London SE5 0HB, which is approximately a 5minute walk from the house. Alternatively, for larger Supermarket option there is a Sainsbury's local located at 170 Camberwell Rd, London SE5 0EE, which is open daily 7am - 11pm and is a 5minute walk from the house.
The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay aside from some wardrobes and underbed storage containing some of the owner's belongings. There will still be ample storage space for Guests to use during the stay.
Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm.
Other things to note
This is a non-smoking property, including the outside area.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.
Guests are requested to please respect this family home and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
