With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family.
Experience a taste of luxury in this 20ft wide Clearwater lodge. Huge and Comfortable living room with large smartTV, separate dining area and large well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, full size Fridge Freezer and washing machine. 3 great size bedrooms including an en-suite shower room for the master, 2 twin rooms with full size single beds and a family shower bathroom. The lodge has a full wrap decking which is accessible from the front door or from the patio doors which lead into the living room. Parking space at the side of the lodge.
LOUNGE – Bright living area, with french doors opening up onto decking, Plenty of comfy freestanding sofas and armchair, smart TV. Cosy electric fireplace. Additional sleeping with a double fold down sofa bed.
KITCHEN – Lots of worktop and cupboard space equipped with everything you may need if you choose to stay in and cook. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a full size fridge freezer. Dining table and seating for six people.
BEDROOMS – Spacious Master bedroom with double bed and en suite toilet and shower, and TV. Second and third bedroom each with 2 single beds and a TV in each.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom has good size shower, WC and sink. En suite in master bedroom with shower and WC.
PARKING - Allocated parking space next to the lodge

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
