This perfectly located 1 bed apartment was newly converted in 2019 and is situated within an old shoe factory which has kept its original brickwork and internal wooden beams which can be appreciated throughout the property.
The apartment boasts a deluxe modern feel to it, with features such as touch screen lighting/de misting mirror in the bathroom, brand new electric boiler system fitted in 2024, a television in the main living room area and a wall mounted television in the bedroom as well as a stylish sofa bed should it be required.
The location is perfect for anyone wishing to experience what Northampton Town has to offer, being 2 minutes walk from the many vibrant and popular pubs, bars and restaurants of Wellingborough Road, 5 minutes walk to Abington Park and Northampton Racecourse, 15 minutes walk to Northampton General Hospital, 15 minutes walk from the Town Centre including the popular Derngate Theatre and only a 10 minutes car journey to Northampton Saint Rugby Club and Northampton Town Football Club.
