This 795 m2 property, situated on 1760 m2 of land, offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains overlooking the Port of Jávea. With two swimming pools, a fully equipped cinema, bar/games room, yoga/stretch area with sauna and hammam, and a large jacuzzi, there is no shortage of entertainment options.
The villa features five double bedrooms, all with sea views, and a vast living area with an American-style open kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. The living area also provides direct access to the terrace, complete with a private swimming pool, eight sun beds, and a dining table. You can also find a small lounge area with parasol, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic sea views.
The property's hot and cold air conditioning and intelligent system controlling motorised shutters and lighting ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay, while an exterior bathroom with shower and toilet adds extra convenience to the pool area.
If you love dining outside, the BBQ terrace with a large family dining table and lounge set at the rear of the villa provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals in the shade.
Entertainment options abound at Villa Las Nubes. An indoor heated swimming pool, home cinema room, pool table with bar, and sauna beckon for relaxation and fun. And for added convenience, there is a four-person lift/elevator and garaging for two cars. The Indoor Pool heating is included in the price and will be on during every month except for July and August. If you wish to have it heated during July and August then please let us know upfront. The outdoor pool can also be heated, at an additional cost. *
The villa comes with hotel service, including daily cleaning of the kitchen and bedrooms for two hours. Additional daily service is available at an extra cost. Bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, bath slippers and bathrobes are all included in the rental price, along with electricity consumption and final cleaning. For longer stays, there will also be an interim and linen change done.
