Copper Cottage welcomes you into a charming Sitting Room featuring an impressive inglenook fireplace with a cosy gas stove with comfortable seating for four people, a Samsung smart TV and a dining table with four chairs. The well-appointed Kitchen features an electric cooker, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle and Dualit toaster with a door leading to the rear.

On the ground floor, there is a luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath. On the first floor, there is an impressive double bedroom with exposed beams and floorboards enjoying an outlook towards the heart of Clare. There is an en-suite shower room featuring a WC, a wash basin and a tiled shower cubicle.

Whilst on the second floor, there is another spacious double bedroom enjoying the rooftop view to the rear. Copper Cottage is a perfect base to explore the beautiful Suffolk countryside and a wealth of attractions nearby.

While the property is equipped with secondary glazing to keep you comfortably warm, please be aware that, due to its historic charm, it may allow for some daytime road noise. Please note that whilst this property is listed as pet friendly, the owners allow 1 well-behaved small dog. Dogs are to be kept downstairs and off all furniture and not left in the property unattended.
