You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you detailed instructions for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Bonnevoie, one of the most populated districts in Luxembourg and also known for its eclectic, bohemian and lively atmosphere. There’s excellent access to public transportation, with Gare de Luxembourg train station just across the street from the apartment. Plus tons to see and do along the main road, Rue de Bonnevoie like a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, brunch spots, supermarkets and specialty shops.

Getting Around:
It’s about 15-20 minute via train to/from the LUX International Airport. The main train station, Gare de Luxembourg, is just across the street from the apartment and a great way to travel around from home base. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
There’s also one free designated parking space at the apartment premises, in the event you’re traveling by car.
Other Things to Note:
High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed with laptop-friendly workspaces in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveler.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

You can check yourself in using the lockbox that you’ll find inside the mailbox (that you do not need a key to open).
