Welcome to our stunning 4 bedroom detached house with Hot Tub! just a short 7-minute drive to Birmingham City Centre! This property is perfect for those wanting to unwind and relax whilst being a short distance away from all the action!
There is a large living area with a flat-screen TV with free Netflix a welcoming garden with a hot tub free for all guests to use! and it gets better! with 4 great sized bedrooms with a toilet downstairs and a further family bathroom on the first floor.
As you enter the property you are greeted to a welcoming entrance leading to the well equipped large and open plan kitchen /dining area with :

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, the principal bedroom, and a twin bedroom. The principal bedroom boasts a 43inch TV with NOWTV(Free Netflix). On the second floor, there is a further 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and a double bed! There is ample storage in each bedroom.
There is a driveway available for 1 car and lots of free parking spaces right outside the property.
