Your home away from home! Whether you're with family or friends, our basement Game Room is the perfect place to let loose and get competitive! You'll find a high-quality pool table, foosball table, and carpet ball table, plus a high table for board games and card games!

This newly renovated 3 bed/1 bath ranch house is ready for your group. We are in the heart of small-town America and ready for you to explore the abundant activities in northern Indiana. It is the perfect place for your stay.
As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.

Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
Available via phone, text, or email - I will be available however is most convenient for you. If someone is needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property.
If you want to get out and explore, it's less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 12 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 10 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lover scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about .6 miles away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside (we provide 2 bikes and helmets for your added enjoyment). Krider "World's Fair" Garden is a beautiful place to relax, right beside the Pumkinvine Trail entrance. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality. This updated property is designed to offer a relaxing stay, regardless of whether you are on vacation, traveling for business, or attending a sporting event.

In the middle of Amish country, but yet near all the local attractions with access to the main road. Rise 'n Roll Bakery (a local Amish bakery known for its donuts); Das Dutchman Essenhaus, Shipshewana, Nappanee.
Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a code entered on a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in.

This beautiful ranch house was fully renovated inside. You get to enjoy a brand-new space that we are very proud of and want you to enjoy during your stay!

Living Room: two very comfortable recliners and a sofa to ensure maximum relaxing comfort. There is a 55" TV in the living room and complimentary access to YouTubeTV.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of dinnerware, drinking cups ,and mugs. Coffee is provided via a traditional drip coffee maker.

Bedroom #1: One king bed - with a charging station built into a bedside clock. This bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with complimentary access to YouTubeTV.

Bedroom #2: One queen bed - with a charging station built into a bedside clock

Bedroom #3: two twin beds with a third twin trundle - with a charging station built into the bedside clocks

Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels/washcloths for your stay. It has a tub/shower combination to aid in helping get the kids washed up.

All TVs: access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Smart TVs allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.).

Back Yard and Patio: open spaces for endless possibilities. Enjoy a relaxing time beside the fire pit enjoying the great outdoors! Firewood and chairs are available as a complimentary gift to you for booking this property. Grill available on the back patio is ready for your steaks!!

Game Room / Basement: try your hand at pool, foosball, or carpet ball, or sit and relax at the high table with some games, all while watching the game on the 50" Smart TV in the basement.

Parking: located in the front driveway or in the attached 1-car garage. We'll leave the lights on for you in the front to make your arrival more accessible, no matter the time of day or night. Additional large truck or trailer parking is available on the side yard if necessary. Please let me know if you are interested.

There are games, toys, books, puzzles etc. available. There is also a pack 'n play available in one of the bedrooms.

There is a washer/dryer available in the basement available for use (see Marketplace section of the online Guidebook available after the booking).
