mountain condominium located just steps from the Winter Park base area.



**The bedroom**

The main bedroom has a King size bed with an ensuite newly tiled bathroom, a

second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps away across

Winter Park Drive.

**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,

the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and

hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.

*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
