Army boot camp graduation

The home was clean and quaint. The back yard was perfect for the doggos! The back deck was wonderful and we were able to socialize and grill. Everything worked, with the exception of one fan in a bathroom. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone! I would rent here again!

Beautiful

The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the host responds to any and all questions quickly. The house also is minutes away from many stores which was very convenient! I’d definitely book again if I’m ever in SC.

We stayed here with family and we were disappointed as our other family who stayed in Columbia had much nicer homes for similar price. The house is old. The house management company are very accommodating and I appreciate that aspect

Great location

We rented this home to stay while my son graduated from basic training. There were a few issues but the property manager was responsive and worked to resolve them. Overall it was a great stay and as described!

Nice place

Overall it was a very nice place. Great location. Only thing for us was the last people to rent. The place left their trash so we had no place to put ours. And we tried to make a good home-cooked meal for our son who had just joined the army, bud. The oven would not heat up enough to cook our dinner. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Feedback on stay

The house was clean and relatively well appointed. We could have used a few more kitchen items such as a larger fry plan, more glasses, more detergent and detergent for the dishwasher. There were adequate towels, but insufficient bed cloths for the fold out couches. Overall fine.

Family Reunion Home

I would have given this place a 5 star review if the ceiling fan in one of the rooms wasn’t broken. We have to get a fan from Walmart to survive. Other than that, the home and stay was wonderful.

Entire family under one roof!!!

House was really clean and comfortable!! The outdoor patio was one of our main hangout spots. Kitchen was big enough for everyone to help prepare and enjoy our Easter dinner.

Great Property Managers

We enjoyed our stay in Columbia with family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property managers were very accessible and friendly. They were kind to have Thanksgiving kitchen prep items ready for us when we arrived. We would certainly recommend to others in the future.

Not pleased.

The house was clean, but the heat did not work properly, if we had not brought our on blankets we would have froze. There was no cover in the house, the temp was capped at 75 but would not get any higher than 65 degree. That is cold to us when it's in the 20's outside. The lights didn't work in the living room, the tv cable had a short in it, we finally shook it until we got it to work. They did bring another one but we didn't change it. We were close to the base which was a plus and I did read the reviews but no one mentioned the heat. The carpet needs to be changed it's in pretty bad shape. It also needs a good airing out.

Great house for a large family

We were in town for a wedding. This was the prefect house for our large family to stay in. This house is bigger than it looks from the outside. We enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed. Only thing was the check in time. I tried to get an early check in days in advance and was denied. I also tried the day of with no luck. We knew going into it that there was a 4:00 check in but we were in town early. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would recommend this place. Also the communication with the rental company was great

Bed bugs

When we arrived at property both outside trash cans were filled with trash, checking the house the oven was dirty with some kind of liquid substance. It was time for bed and a family member found a bed bug crawling on her pillow. All these issue was sent to host via text messages got a response, sent pictures for nothing to be addressed. Second day tried making breakfast for family and the oven wasn’t working, dirty dishes in cabinets, and not enough pots for a house that sleeps 15 people. We left for hours thinking someone was coming to check for bed bugs (like I was told they would be, called before coming back for status was told they would check with their local people. Never got a response back. I even called the number that was given in the instructions on 10/26/24 1:16 pm to make sure they were getting my issues and was told they were. Was offered 50 percent off if we stayed on 10/27/24. I sent a message back saying we had to get back for work but what about compensation for all the issues that have occurred. I only got a thank you. On checkout all out trash had to be placed on the ground near the trash cans that was filled when we got there per the host( I made sure to ask where to place the trash. I’m so disappointed in how they never tried to help in any of the issues we had but responded like they would take care of it immediately. Would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay there. I will make sure I share my experience on all my platforms.

In town for sons wedding. The place was exactly as described. Clean and nicely decorated, the only thing we missed was a tv in every room. 😊 The host Matt was perfect. Answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Matt

Not the house we booked.

We were not impressed at all. We booked a home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There were only 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There were 7 girls there for a training. There were crumbs on the dining room table and rings were drinks had been left. The stove had crud all over it. There was so much trash in the outside cans that we could not put any in there. I have been a VRBO user for some time now. I have never been so deceived about what I was renting.

A beautifully, well maintained brick home in Waterbury! This home has 3 bed and 2.5 baths with a bonus room. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops, tile back splash, tile floors and bar area. Kitchen offers multiple eat-in spaces to accommodate family and friends! The dining room and great room are off of the kitchen for additional gathering spaces. There is a spacious deck and patio off the rear of the home, great for entertaining. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including the spacious master bedroom.
