Guests will have full access to the pool, three bedrooms (each equipped with a TV), dual living rooms, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a game room. Please note that the cleaner's closet is off-limits. Additionally, there is a carport for parking, enclosed behind a large security gate.

- Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense.
- We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

POOL HEATING:
Our home has a "solar" pool heat. It doesn't function same like a gas-powered pool heat. Basically the solar pool heat will warm the pool up depending on the time of day and the weather condition which we do not have a control on.
