Wall to wall, gigantic glass sliding doors perfect for experiencing the fame SoCal weather that opens to a gorgeous bean shape pool. Property was designed to highlight the modernistic elements of this mid-century modern home while maintaining chill vibes of a contemporary beach pool house.

POOL HEATING:
Our home has a "solar" pool heat. It doesn't function same like a gas-powered pool heat. Basically the solar pool heat will warm the pool up depending on the time of day and the weather condition which we do not have a control on.
