- Side table, 3 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop with one burner, water filter, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, blender, basic pans, glasses, cups, plates and various kitchen accessories. Iron and cleaning utensils (in the vertical cabinet near the wall).

OTHER SERVICES:

- Guests can use the building's swimming pool and gym.

- The barbecue area is not available to guests, subject to a fine.

CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide identification to gain access to the property.

- Keys in a safe with a password next to the apartment door.

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Contact us)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

- PETS are prohibited

- It is forbidden to walk around the premises and elevators wet, dirty with sand from the beach, or in bathing suits

- It is forbidden to place clothes, rugs or similar items on the windows and balconies of the building

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area (closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. We therefore ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences for guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
