The Space:
Our apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests. The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated, combining comfort with elegance. Large windows fill the space with natural light, offering views of the landscaped grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, ideal for preparing meals or entertaining guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and its amenities, including the in-unit laundry facilities, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests can enjoy the community swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, and children’s play area.

Al Ramth 43 is part of the larger Remraam community, known for its quiet and friendly atmosphere. The area is perfect for those who appreciate a slower pace of life while still having access to essential amenities. Public transport options are available, with buses connecting to nearby metro stations. For more direct travel, taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Careem are readily accessible.

- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
