*Outside, you'll enjoy a large yard with a fire pit area.

**Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood**

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

*WINTER*
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. You cannot ice fish on the lake.

*SKIDOO*
Skidoo trails are located on the Rang de Venne. It is possible to use skidoos from the chalet. The trail is at 2 minutes and named Route Quad.

- 2h40 from Quebec.

*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras are located in front of the chalet pointing the parking and behind the chalet pointing the backyard. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.

*TV*
We have on smart TV in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
*IMPORTANT*

Once the reservation is confirmed, a form, along with an ID, will need to be completed in order to comply with Article 7.1 of By-law No. 657-2021 of the Municipality of Saint-Côme.

1. A $500 security deposit and a photo of your ID might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11.Fishing is prohibited on the lake. You cannot use a floating island neither your own canoes.

12. You cannot use a floating island neither your own embarcations on all body of water at Saint-Côme to comply with the municipality rules. We don't offer any.

13. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
