The space
The large open dining area leads onto the walk out deck which has a table for open air dining and a spectacular view of the Front Range. All three living areas provide breathtaking scenery from the main level, downstairs, and right next to the dining area/kitchen - so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature from anywhere in the home.

No need to worry about peace inside the home either - with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 14 guests to fit comfortably. The main level master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck. The three other downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. In addition to a queen bed, one bedroom has a sleeper sofa, walkout sliding door to the backyard, and a table set up for working. One of the queen bedrooms includes twin bunkbeds, which makes for a great family friendly set up.

With so much space inside and outside the home, it is the perfect place for gathering with friends and family, or for hosting private celebrations.

Mountain View Country Home is situated on acreage in the Front Range community of Black Forest. Enjoy towering Ponderosas, prairie grass, and moss rock boulders as you explore the Colorado countryside.

More of a homebody but don't want to miss the view? The large wrap around deck with covered eating area may be accessed from the dining room and master bedroom, offering expansive views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range while you have a morning coffee or tea.

CONTEMPORARY COTTAGE OPEN AREAS
Outfitted for all your guests with enough comfortable seating for visiting, dining, and connecting in every area of the home. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the home frame breathtaking scenery and flood the home with natural light. There is a wood burning fireplace on the main level and a gas burning fireplace downstairs for cozy, evening fires.

Four bedrooms and the additional pullout sofa sleep up to 14 guests and every bed has fresh linens. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and three other bedrooms in the downstairs level. There is also a queen pullout sofa on the main level.

Guest access
Guests access to the entire home by keypad on the front doorknob or through the home to an attached garage with room for two cars. There is plenty additional parking on the long driveway as well.

There are three additional barn style buildings on the property to which guests do not have access.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. This keeps with the serenity of the surroundings.

SMOKING
To keep Mountain View Country Home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoking is detected, there will be a $400 deep cleaning fee for odor removal.

PARTIES AND EVENTS
All parties, celebrations, and events must be prearranged. Any evidence of large parties, celebrations, or events without prior approval will result in $500 fee and immediate termination of your stay. Gathering with your group of guests at the home is of course welcome.

WELCOME GUESTBOOK
You will receive a digital welcome guidebook prior to your arrival. A hardcopy is in the binder in the front hall when you arrive.
