The villa is modern and fully furnished, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, three cozy bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. For added flexibility, there is also a sofa bed to accommodate more guests.

MAIN APARTMENT:
This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living room, offering a modern atmosphere perfect for preparing your favorite meals.

The apartment has three bedrooms: two with full-size beds and one with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. The main apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with two full bathrooms and one half-bathroom.

PARKING:
Convenient parking spaces are available outside the property.

GETTING AROUND:
We recommend having your own vehicle, as many exciting attractions are within a 30-minute drive. The Río Mar community is large, and although the villa is on the same grounds as the Wyndham resort, having a car is essential to visit the resort’s restaurants, casino, tennis courts, and golf course.
