The Duet Executive Stay has been built for luxury, location, and convenience.
Located just a block from Victoria from the beautiful Beacon Hill Park or a couple blocks from the world famous Inner Harbour, the Duet Executive Stay condo.
Important Notice: This property, as of May, 1, 2024 has been captured under the BC Short Term Rental Accommodation Act and can not be booked for periods of less than 90 days.
No need to drive because you can walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions from your doorstep. The condo does come with secured underground parking for a vehicle if you need to bring one. Downtown Victoria is a few minutes walk or drive away as well as the fantastic oceanside walk along Dallas Road.
The Duet Executive stay is a one bedroom spacious over 700 square foot with private ground level patio. You can access the property from inside the main building or from the patio entrance.
The condo is well appointed with comfortable furnishings in the living room with smart TV, a primary bedroom with queen sized bed, and full bathroom with shower tub combo. The fully equipped modern kitchen, and dining room space provides lots of space for the chef in your party to work their culinary magic.
The building includes a common area rooftop patio space and BBQ grill with near 365 degree views of the City.
The patio level gardens are very private and quiet.
