Our place has all the essentials you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Living Room – A comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light make this the perfect spot to unwind. There’s also a dedicated workspace if you need to get things done.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials—plates, utensils, and more. Whether you're cooking a full meal or just making toast, you’re covered.
Dining Area – A cozy 4-seater dining table, perfect for meals, coffee breaks, or a quick chat.
Bedroom – Features a queen-size bed with soft linens, making it easy to sink in and unwind after a long day.
Bathroom – Clean and well-kept, complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak.
Enjoy the added convenience of reliable WiFi to stay connected, plus an onsite laundry facility (with a small fee) to make life easier during your stay.

Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
