This home is equipped with central air (non ducted/mini splits located in living room, dining room and both bedrooms). The living room serves as a spacious yet cozy place to sit back and relax. There is a 46" wall mounted television in the living room (please note this is the only TV in the home). Both bedrooms and full bathroom are located off the dining room. One room with a king bed and the other with a full. One of the full bathrooms is located in the renovated garage/cottage space (not connected to main house). Enjoy the easiness and accessibility of one level living!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and bed blankets are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
