Beautiful penthouse 3500 Sq feet plus 400 sq feet open space with spectacular ocean, golf course, and mountains views, located inside the gates of Punta de Mita in the Prestigious Hacienda de Mita development.

Direct walking access to Punta Mita's town (EL ANCLOTE) which is known for its excellent dining and local shopping and nightlife.
Access only for guests staying at Hacienda de Mita.
Includes daily maid service, except Sundays Premier Golf Membership, use of our 6-person golf cart, concierge services, and cook to prepare breakfast and lunch.

Our home has been designed to give our guests the most relaxing, easy, and private experience possible. From the moment you book with us, our concierge will take care of all your vacation needs. We can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport and make sure the kitchen and bar are stocked with all your favorites before you arrive. Dinner reservations, surfing, sailing, zip-lining, yoga, spa services, stand-up paddle boarding, private chef - we can suggest the best Punta Mita has to offer and make your reservations. We also provide complimentary daily maid service to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The living area of the condo is comprised of an enormous great room, chef's kitchen and huge terrace, all with incredible ocean views. The glass doors slide into the walls, opening up the entire space to the ocean breeze. One of the best features of being in a penthouse (aside from the view) is the soaring cathedral ceilings. They make the space feel even more bright, open, and airy.

Punta Mita is one of the most exclusive resort developments in Mexico. With this exclusivity comes the highest level of security for you and your family. When you pass through our gates you will be a part of the Punta Mita community which encompasses private homes and the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts. The private Punta Mita Golf Club is open only to Punta Mita property owners and their guests, and guests of Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts. Play the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bahia and Pacifico par-72 golf course, with 8 ocean-front holes and the famous 'Tail of the Whale' 19th hole. Within Punta Mita, you will have access to world-class tennis at the Four Seasons' managed Punta Mita Tennis Center. They have everything you need to play, including rackets and shoes. If that isn't enough exercise for you, head over to the Fitness Center for a workout.

You will love the variety of Beach Clubs you have to choose from. We hold the highest Membership "Premier Golf". This gets you access to all 6 exclusive beach clubs, Hacienda de Mita, Sufi, La Lancha (SURF CLUB), Kupuri and Pacifico. Sufi Beach Club. Each club has its own personality and charm. You will enjoy all the pampering you can handle. Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the ocean-front restaurants or they can bring you drinks on the beach! Kupuri and Pacifico have kids' areas with separate pools, park, and an activities supervisor, Kupuri has a kids club fees may apply. Dedicated water-sports coordinators can get you anything you need for a day in the ocean. The St. Regis welcomes Punta Mita owners and guests to their gorgeous beach club, minimum consumption required.
Hacienda de Mita has its own private beach club. Lastly our building has its own pool right out front.

Magnificant Mita

Far exceeded our expectations. The provided cook (Vicky) was absolutely amazing. Her chiliquilies are out of this world. Rafa our concierge attended to our every need, including getting us to the hospital when my sister broke 2 toes. I would highly recommend this villa. Only concern would be the 4th bedroom...its really not a bedroom but the laundry room. It has 2 very comfortable bunks that would be terrific for 2 children but a bit small for 2 adults. The plus with this room is it also has a 2nd refrigerator that worked great for storing extra beverages. Love this place and can't wait to go back. The other thing that isn't mentioned in the description is how close you are to downtown Punta Mita. There is a special gate that only HDM guests can use that is really close to this unit. You can easily access all the shops and restaurants on foot.

Spacious comfort in Punta Mita

We have been to Punta Mita many times and this is our third stay in the Hacienda de Mita complex. It works great for our family to have common areas to gather (especially the spacious balcony with lovely view) for family games and conversation, so we prefer this to hotel rooms. Having breakfast cooked each morning is a huge plus, and we made good use of the golf cart, great beach clubs and excellent golf courses. If you are looking for a safe, relaxing family beach and golf trip, this is a winner! If you want nightlife, this is not your destination. Vicki took great care of us and the unit was spotless, and the concierge was very responsive and helpful. In-room massage was fabulous! My only complaint is that I found the mattress in the primary bedroom to be extremely firm, though I am picky and my husband had no issues with it, so it is probably just me. We look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful home with amazing view of the ocean. Plenty of room for the family to relax. Our cook delighted us with each meal and was a highlight of the trip. Golf cart made it easy to explore and enjoy the rest of Punta Mita.
