Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a smart TV, direct back porch access, and a bay view desk with an all-in-one printer. The en suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a walk-in closet, a separate water closet, and a standalone shower for two. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle attached perfect for your little ones! Experience top-notch outdoor living on your waterfront back porch, detailed with a comfy, cozy, twin-size porch swing. Located down a single flight of stairs, youâll find your amazing private dock. An outdoor shower adds convenience.
Located just off Goose Island State Park, The Reserve at St. Charles Bay is a beautifully landscaped gated community with high-end resort amenities. An inlet of Aransas Bay, St. Charles Bay is a vital haven for the endangered whooping crane. Your rental is located less than a mile from Goose Island State Park (perfect for guests with RVs). The centuries-old Big Tree is 1.5 miles north.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
The community pool is within a short walking distance from the home.
Things to Know
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The garage is not available for guest use.
A high chair, two Pack-N-Plays, and one double heavy-duty Jeep umbrella stroller are available for younger guests.
The boat lift at the home is not for guest use.
The following are not permitted on-site: unreserved boat trailer parking, RVs, weddings, and parties.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
