You are centrally located at the bottom of Wildernest next to I-70, with panoramic mountain views including the Continental Divide and Williams Pak Range. Easy access to everything in Summit County and beyond: Keystone (15 mins), Loveland Ski Area (15 mins), Copper Mountain (15 mins), Breckenridge (25 mins), and Vail (35 mins). Relax in your private back patio hot tub, overlooking beautiful mountain views after a full day of skiing, biking, hiking or taking in all the nearby attractions.

There is plenty of space in this modern 3 story, 1900 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome with attached garage. Very short walk to downtown Silverthorne, restaurants, breweries and world-renowned trout fishing on the Blue River. 3 Bikes (1 large, 1 medium, 1 youth) are available for your use if you'd like to pedal around town instead.

The upstairs level sleeps 8 with one king (master), one queen (guest #1), a bunk bed and a trundle (guest #2). The master includes a full bathroom with stone finishes, equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower.

The full-sized main-level kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to make a gourmet meal away from home. It features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and enough cupboard space for all your groceries. The offset stylish dining area comfortably seats six. The stepdown living room on this level includes leather furniture and modern mountain aesthetics, which leads to a walkout deck (w/BBQ) and a lower level patio (w/hot tub) overlooking unobstructed mountain views.

Downstairs you'll find the laundry room, a second living room with a flat-screen TV, Xbox and game room equipped with a multi-arcade machine, darts, axe (plastic) throwing, and hook and ring game.

All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Hot tub towels are provided as well.

The unit has free guest wifi. We have two permanent parking spaces with additional overflow parking available.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Amazing! Great for family

We had a wonderful stay! The owners anticipated every need and everything was clean. Fantastic stay for our kids who loved the game room! The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the slopes. Location was very convenient to ski rental and shops and restaurants. The garage was a little tight for our minivan but not a problem as we parked outside and used the provided extra parking pass for our 2nd car and parked across the street. Sleds were available and we took them to a nearby Rainbow park to sled. The rec center nearby had a kiddie pool we took the littles to who couldn’t ski, 5 minutes away. We had a perfect stay.

Great place!!!

It was the best vrbo rental I had so far. Everything was better than the photo. Location is perfect for going to Keystone and Breckenridge. Amenities are clean and neat. I definitely want to come back to this house.

This is a great location for getting to all the local ski areas. The condo is well maintained and having a private hot tub was what drew us to this listing.

Beautiful Home with Incredible View

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning 3-story townhome in Silverthorne, Colorado, thanks to VRBO, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a beautifully decorated and well-maintained home that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The living space was cozy, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and home comforts, making it an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the breathtaking landscapes Colorado has to offer. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What stood out to me the most, however, was the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the backdrop was always spectacular. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The owners were fantastic, providing clear instructions and recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and care for their guests was evident throughout our stay. Overall, this townhome is a true gem in Silverthorne, offering the perfect combination of comfort, style, and location. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Whether you’re looking for adventure in the great outdoors or just a peaceful escape, this place has it all. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Love this condo.

This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Absolutely no complaints. Eric, the host, was very helpful. It was great to have parking inside garage and right out front door. Would stay there again.
