Great Place right in town

The condo was great. My only feedback is that there is no AC, which isn't an issue in the winter months, but in the summer, it gets hot inside. Feedback would be to have box fans or fans in the bedrooms to move the airflow, especially at nighttime!

Perfect place to stay in Aspen!

This condo worked great for our group of friends - spacious, clean, amazing location near the slopes, easy walk into the heart of town, and all the amenities you'd expect. David was also a great host and very responsive.

Disappointed

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and unfortunately, the experience fell well short of our expectations, especially given the price point. Communication with the host was limited prior to arrival, though the management company was responsive during our stay; the issues we reported remained unresolved. When we arrived, we noticed a mouse trap near the fireplace. Although we were told there wasn’t a problem, we continued to hear noises in the wall of the master bedroom throughout our stay. An exterminator did visit, but the issue persisted. The overall condition of the unit needs attention. We noticed a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival. The couches appeared heavily used and stained, and the carpet seemed quite worn. The linens and pillows had an odor as well, which impacted our enjoyment. Additionally, there was no daily housekeeping service offered, even for an additional fee, and the lack of an in-unit washer and dryer made doing laundry less convenient. The shared laundry facility is located outside the unit, which required extra effort during our stay. In terms of amenities, the two bedrooms intended for our children had cable boxes, but the remote controls were missing which limited their ability to watch TV. Also, the front closet was very full, leaving no space to hang coats. We had several challenges during our stay and would recommend improvements in cleanliness, communication, and maintenance for future guests to have a more enjoyable experience at this pr

Great downtown location

We had a great holiday in Aspen! Really LOVED the location of this property! Easy walk up and down the hill to town. The property had a nice size den/kitchen area for 6 people to sit around and enjoy each other. It has huge windows on one side overlooking pool/hot tub that brings in a ton of natural light. The three bedrooms are a nice size with upgraded bathrooms with heated floors. We will hopefully have another chance to stay in this property again one day!! Thank you!

Can't beat location

The location was great -- hard to beat. I think the actual space felt smaller than it looked in photos. Huge delivery of home supplies came in from amazon -- 8-9 boxes -- that we had to bring in and stack up in a corner -- no biggie but made living room seem even tighter. 2 bathrooms for 6 adults not enough. first time doing a condo vs. hotel in many years -- not sure it's for us. but overall experience and property good.

Aspen Condo

Property is in a great location up the street from the Little Nell Residences. Unit is one flight up the stairs which is a big plus compared to others in the complex. There is one pool with limited seating for the four buildings in this complex and also serves as the pool for the complex next door. These units don’t have a patio but have sliding windows in the LR that you can open up and let fresh air in.

Unwelcoming management

All good, unwelcoming management company, owner was nice to contact us unlike his management and apologize for a few issues like tv on living room was out of service, especially has no housekeeping, right in front of spa/pool, located close to center of town, Never had an issue w other property managers in the area.

Good Location But Improvements Needed

The property is well located. There are no views from any of the bedrooms, but this matches the pictures of the property. The view from main room is nice. Property improvements that are needed to move up from 3 stars: (1) Master bedroom mattress needs replacement badly. The mattress is very worn or low quality. My wife's back started to hurt by the second night and mine by the fourth night. Another person had mentioned this issue in an old VRBO review so I guess owner has not cared to fix it yet. (2) Carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement as it looks worn/dirty. Whole unit is carpeted other than bathrooms, kitchen, and entrance so this is noticeable. (3) Dishwasher is not properly attached to sides so it moves when door is open/closed. (4) Mater bedroom TV not properly hung. And wires and boxes hanging under TV's. Remote batteries are dead. (5) Security settings for wi-fi network need to be upgraded to the more secure settings as Apple devices provided security warnings.
