A true mountain getaway in an updated interior and exterior, end unit. The townhome is surrounded by forest and views. Two miles from downtown Breckenridge, right on the free Summit Stage bus route. The townhome is divided into three floors with a queen bed, and full bathroom located off the kitchen. A large king bedroom on the second floor with an additional open sleeping loft, private deck, and full bathroom. The third floor opens up to the double bunk beds. Perfect for families or friends!

Located by the Troll sculpture and Ice Arena. Trail heads within walking distance: Aspen Alley, Bakers Tank, Indiana Gulch, and Illinois Creek Trail. Townhomes and large cabin homes with amazing mountain views.

Two car free parking permits for parking lot of townhome, excess parking a block away. Summit Stage bus stop 500 ft away.

Excellent stay

Loved the property. Quick drive to town or close to the free shuttle. Plenty of room for our 8 family members. Check in was easy. Host was responsive. All around, great experience.

Great Place for Families

We had a great stay at this property, only 2 miles from Breck Main Street. The property is updated and clean. Would be great for families with younger children as our teenage+ kids felt big in the bunk beds. Kitchen utensils and supplies were what we needed to cook several meals. Showers were nice and hot. Parking is a little tough if you don't like to back up for a bit, and in the snow it's hard to tell exactly where to park. :) Overall a great place to stay in Breck.

Quiet, Beautiful View

Checkin was super easy, neighbors were all very friendly. Townhouse was easy to get to, not far from town and very spacious for a family of 5. Stunning views from all the windows and balconies.

First time to Colorado

All I can say is you need to stay here if you are in Breck for a holiday. Great location. Very, very clean. Marion was awesome! We had an issue with the heater upstairs. We contacted her and she got back to us immediately. Her husband even called and offered to send someone out. We have already referred the townhome out to two friends. Great for couples or families with kids. Highly recommend

Great Stay

We loved the location. Very easy to get to downtown Breck and avoid Main Street traffic. We felt the pictures pretty well represented the condo’s living space. Check in/out was easy and owner was very responsive to questions ahead of time. Good hiking right from the Condo with a number of trailheads within a mile. Would stay again.

We booked this property because it was just 1/2 mile up the road from the big lodge where most of our family was staying for a reunion. This place was close and the bed was super comfy. We are happy with our stay.

Great for the weekend

Our oldest son had a baseball tournament, and this was a great place to stay. It was quiet and close enough to town, but had the views from being up on the mountain side. We would definitely stay again!

Great Pre-Christmas Getaway

Our stay at Marion’s property was great! Location is excellent and yet feels remote. One little hiccup with door keypad and Marion had us fixed up in just a matter of minutes. We did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Great Breckenridge property!!

This property was a great find! We loved the proximity to downtown and access to the shuttle. The space was perfect for a group of people and the views were fantastic. When we had a question, the host was easily available. I would stay here again and recommend this listing to a friend/family.

Gorgeous views!

We stayed as 2 couples - it was perfect. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Close to downtown. Parking wasn’t the greatest but the location is great! We happened to go when it snowed. The views from all rooms were absolutely gorgeous!

We had a wonderful trip

We really enjoyed our stay & the place is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for 4 adults and a toddler. In fact, we had room for more. The kitchen was a nice size and all the amenities you need are available. I really only had only one disappointment and that is that when we wanted to hike or explore we had to drive somewhere. It is not safe to walk on the narrow & busy road and there was very little space between condos or houses to explore. The host was fantastic as we asked for early check in so that we could get in before nap time and Marion was super friendly and accommodating.

Nature and Nurture

Close to town but tucked into the woods. Saw a healthy red fox & a beautiful sunset from the 2nd floor deck! Completely updated inside & out. Attention to detail was appreciated including device chargers available in several outlets. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Breckenridge. This will be my go to!!

Beautiful views

I loved being up the hill just outside of Breckenridge. The views are amazing, and I enjoyed the great and private outdoor space. The home is tastefully decorated and well cared for. I was working from here for a month and found the time restful and productive, and the couple of minor questions that I had were answered very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time!! It’s a very short drive or bus ride to downtown Breck. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, several decks to enjoy!! Perfect for a big family or large gathering of friends!

Nice inside, but a construction zone on the outside

The main reason for the lower ratings was that the property was undergoing construction during our stay. When we first arrived, we thought we had the wrong address, because from the outside it didn't look habitable. The siding had been removed from the outside of the building, leaving only the wrapping material that goes underneath. Our front upstairs balcony (with the view) was unusable because the railings on the sides had been removed--very unsafe. If there were children in the condo, it would have been easy for them to tumble off that balcony from the second story. During our stay, there was construction going on and building materials scattered throughout the grounds. It was a total mess, with pieces of wood and metal and and other construction trash left in the front, side and back. One afternoon we arrived to find 3 or 4 construction workers sitting on our porch at the front door, in order to escape the rain. I didn't blame them, but we would not have chosen this property if we'd been told it was under construction. Also, when we arrived and emailed to let the manager know there was only1 key, our email was never acknowledged. The décor of the condo was very nice and lived up to the pictures on the website. It was also very clean inside. A couple of suggestions---since we arrived late at night it would have been nice for the kitchen to have enough coffee on hand to make one pot in the morning. Also, it would have been good to have a lamp or a place to plug in a phone on my side of the bed in the downstairs master.

So many ratings of 5 for a reason!

Clear instructions and communication from the owner for entry and checkout; all amenities: reliable wifi for video calls, tv, cable, full kitchen, comfy CLEAN beds, outside PRIVATE space, views, books/games/toys, very close to Main Street (like 7 min drive). Great for 2 couples and families but also good for the solo person (me) wanting to work and truly enjoy QUIET, privacy, hiking, and mountain air. Choice #1 if returning to Breck.

Fantastic Condo!

We had such a nice stay at this condo! It was very clean, stylish, and functional. We loved all the personal touches and the decorating style. It felt very homey, comfortable, and calm. The location was perfect too; about 5 minutes up in the mountains outside of Breckenridge’s downtown area. (Gorgeous views!!) The condo is only 10 minutes from any of the slope locations (with lots of parking available). . We did not need the shuttle because parking was so simple, but if you needed it; the stop is right by the condo and would be easy to hop onto. We would highly recommend this condo; if considering, go for it! You will love it!

this apartment was great. only 10-12 mins from breck plus on a bus line (although only once per hour) if you want to use that option. but i loved how it was far enough from downtown Breck that it was quite and tranquil. the house itself was perfect. lots of bedrooms and space to sleep a big group. nice balconies. a nice, cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen. would definitely stay again

Great Mountain getaway location!!!

This place was amazing! Marion and family were great to work with and their response was lightning fast!!! They knew how to make us feel welcomed! There was ample room for the two couples to share and have their own space when needed! Steps from the shuttle. Nice warm and cozy during the very low temps while we were there. We are already planning on visiting and staying here again!!
