Downstairs is a large open space that houses workout equipment, games, outdoor shower, bathroom, fridge, grill, chalkboard wall, games, and dining/sitting areas. Garage doors open to the dock for a full indoor/outdoor experience. Most furniture, including TV, is on wheels and can be enjoyed inside or out.

Workout equipment includes: heavy bag, arial yoga swing, Swedish Ladder with TRX straps, rebounder, stretch and weight-lifting equipment, inversion table, lymphatic machine.

Downstairs games: full size ping pong table, archery, darts, mini golf, poker, kayak, and much more.

Private dock with boatlift (accommodates up to 30ft vessel). Bring your own boat or rent from a nearby marina. *must submit insurance, registration and waiver for pre-approval

Livingroom has a ton of natural light making it bright and cheery place to hang out. Wall paneling, art, and plants provide a modern décor that is both chic and casual.

Dining table extends to seat six. Kitchen has all modern appliances, bar seating, and is fully equipped for chefs’ needs.

Bedrooms designed to reflect the surrounding ‘Arts District’ – full of color, plants, books and art. Primary is a king with a newly remodeled en-suite bath. Green guestroom is a queen. Pink guestroom has two singles and a futon that folds out to a double, this room also houses the infrared sauna. Second bathroom (also newly remodeled) has a tub.

Screened patio is filled with cascading plants, orchid garden, and overhead tea-lights making it a serene spot for afternoon naps or sunset cocktails. Area includes an oversized sofa and two lounge chairs, dining table (seats six), suspended swing, spiral staircase, and an overhead view of dolphins and manatees that frequent the canal in the morning hours.

Additional: Wifi boosters located throughout the house ensuring optimal signal on all levels. Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Most lighting is automated through Alexa so no need to get up to turn flip the switch. Pet friendly - dog bowls and beds throughout the house - 5min drive to dog park (please pickup after dog before checkout to avoid additional fees).
