Make plans for your family's summer vacation getaway in Ocean City, MD!
Beautifully Maintained Townhouse (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3-story) accommodates 10 people (max.) and is just steps from the beach. Many new updates in 2024 -- master bedroom with a new mattress and big comfy accent chair, the bedroom with bunk bed now includes a pull-out trundle bed and big comfy accent chair, & 3rd guest bedroom offers cozy seating for two. Other new updates include a kid's table and chairs, adjustable work desk (sit/stand), new carpet and new LR rug, & 2 beach cruiser (adult) bikes for rent.

Free amenities have always included WiFi, big screen TV in large living room, kid's section with their own table, chairs, and games, 2 balcony decks, flat-screen TVs in each BR, 2 coffee makers (brew & keurig), kitchen utensils, & dedicated parking in the 2-car garage.

Located on 56th Street, 1/2 block from the beach &  short walk to all the popular places: Seacrets, Macky's, OC Convention Center, Fager's Island, Johnny's Pizza Pub, Bad Monkey, Mini Golf, Alley Oops, Sunsations, tennis center -- all perfect for a family getaway. 

The master bedroom has a new queen-size mattress *(layers of soft comfort foam, cooling swirl memory foam, supportive fusion foam and motion-isolating independent pocket springs to provide customized pressure relief and rest that’s cool and undisturbed), a big comfy accent chair, a huge closet, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a huge stand-alone shower; plus its own, private balcony deck with 2 Adirondack chairs!

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and cozy seating for 2 while the third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with a pull-out trundle bed -- perfect for 4 kids!

Street parking is FREE and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Linens and towels are extra, but blankets and pillows are available for use. Please no pets and no smoking.

PLEASE NOTE: This property does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25, especially for senior beach week (bad experiences). These bookings will not be honored.

Great location

We loved the location, pool access and having the bedrooms on a separate floor from the living room. The beds were loud and the carpets, couches, vents could use a good cleaning but we enjoyed our stay.

Another great trip!

We have been staying at this property annually for the past few years and it continues to be a great experience. It’s always clean and ready for us when we arrive. Another Great Stay!

This was our second stay in this beautiful townhome. We love the convenience to the beach and the local shopping and restaurants. It's great to have a garage for two vehicles, too! The town home is big enough for two families to fit in without feeling crowded and is very clean, all you have to do is unpack and enjoy! The little ones love the option of the pool this year, also. This townhome has everything you need for a great vacation!

Great location

We had a very pleasant stay at John’s property. The beach was about a 2 minute walk. Super convenient to have the garage available to park the cars. The townhome was clean and comfortable and easy to use.

Perfect for our family!

This house was perfect for my family - myself, my husband, twin boys, & their babysitter. It was spacious, clean, close to the beach, & next to the pool. On a rainy day we were right across from Alley Oops & on the beautiful evenings we walked to Dead Freddie’s & Sweet Frog. We hope to be back next year!

Great location, a little more DIY required

House is an a great location, minutes from the beach and close to most everything on the main strip. Community was quiet, even over the long weekend. Pool access is a nice feature and the in-house washer/dryer was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Only feedback is that we had to put the sheets on the beds ourselves, and there was no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. And those are minor inconveniences but would have been nice. All in all I would recommend a stay here. I don’t know how you’d get closer to the beach than this.

Pretty good place!!!

The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He let us in a couple hours early on check-in day!. That was nice of him. The condo is wonderful with lots of room, a nice kitchen, a two-car garage, and three bedrooms. He even has waters, sheets, pillows, and blankets for visitors. He also had Tide Pods for the washer and drier. And dishwasher soap. Our one upgrade would be to have new mattresses for the beds. It is a great place in mid-town Ocean City. There are great restaurants nearby and the beach is only three minutes away.

Disappointed

Very clean kitchen and baths. Nice towels and sheets. Plenty of kitchen supplies and beach accessories. However, whole vacation was overshadowed by filthy carpets throughout the condo. We all had the “eww” feeling as to what stains were. Had to put my own blankets down over living room carpet so won’t have to look at . Couldn’t do much to avoid rest of carpeting. Understand when a unit is booked all summer, hard to replace wall to wall carpet . But a deep clean and replacement of area rugs is a no brainer.

Perfect Location

The house was in a perfect location for all your vacation needs. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The pool was an excellent way to end a full day at the beach. The garage waa so nice to have for secure and guaranteed parking. Overall the place was great. The carpets were stained, there were a few plumbing issues and the master bed was obnoxiously loud. This didn’t ruin our trip but would have made it more relaxing if these issues didn’t arise. John was responsive and apologetic for the issues. Some upkeep of the property would definitely make it a perfect retreat.

Great place to stay for a family vacation

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. The three floor layout is great and provides room to spread out. Having the garage was a great convenience for parking and storing all the beach supplies for the week. The location was perfect on the beach block, just a very short walk to a not very crowded beach. The townhome was cleaned thoroughly, immaculate and ready to be occupied when we arrived. Check-in and check-out was simple, with everything done electronically. The homeowner was great, answered any questions we had within minutes. Overall, this was a great experience and we'd love to stay here again.

OC Family Vacation 2022!

It was a great location. The renter returned messages promptly. It was easy to check in. We had an awesome time. The only complaint we had was that the beds creek when you move and we didn’t have access to any cleaning supplies especially a broom to clean up sand so you don’t slide on floor.

The place worked out perfectly for us. You can walk to anything you need. Beach, restaurants, bars. It’s nice having a pool you can cool off in. The beach is less then a block away. Best feature for me was the closable garage. We brought down a classic car and it was great having a safe place to store it during the week. Only issue is the master bed was worn out. The frame is loud and Wobbly and the bed sinks in the middle. They have internet tv that does not work well. I was never able to get the master room tv to work with sound.

Wonderful beach rental for a family!

Highlights include: short two-minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out, easy access to the pool, and quiet community location. The kids loved walking to get ice cream and shop at the candy store. The townhouse was clean, bright, and everything is as pictured in the listing. We easily fit nine people (four were young children) with the two-car garage being an added perk for storing beach toys, chairs, etc. The beach itself is very nice at this location with lifeguards on duty as well.

Great week at the beach!

Our entire process renting here was great. John provided all the information we needed and it was all accurate. The place was clean, nice and updated, and great for our family. Short walk to beach access made it relaxing for everyone.

The location of this property was great; a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and activities. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. It met our expectations and allowed us to enjoy our week at the beach.

1/2 block from beach, quiet, large townhome

I was floored by how spacious this townhome was! The location was stellar, a quick 1/2 block from the beach. I enjoyed that it had 2 balconies, had a Roku set-up for us to add our streaming log-ins, and how clean and well equipped the kitchen was. Given how it was near-ish the road, it was still really quiet. I only heard the occasional young guests at the apartment complex next door. We stayed in June and there was plenty of street parking (We actually didn't really use the garage and preferred the street). The host also let us borrow the beach chairs, which we used once. Though we didn't have kids, it was family friendly & 30+ friendly -- an easy walk to Fagers, Seacrets, and Alley Oops. The host was easy to get a hold of, if needed, during the stay.

Every time I go to the beach and as soon as I can smell the salt in the air, I feel like my blood pressure drops, I can breathe, and relax fully. I want my guests to feel the same.

Midtown Ocean City, MD is a great area because it's not super crowded (very few high rise buildings) yet there's plenty of beach for everyone. Ideal for families with small kids, but also great for the 'big kids' (bars and restaurants for adults).
