Great Cabin

There were fresh roses on the dining table, very clean and gorgeous place. Little things like mold on a humidifier, a light bulb that didn't work in the porch and the hot tub that didn't get to hot. Overall pretty good place to spend the weekend!

Disappointing

Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Made it easy to get to each. The house had plenty of space. Inside was clean. Wifi worked great. Some negatives. Outside decks needed to be cleaned. The chairs outside needed to be wiped down. There were spider webs all around the deck. It seemed like someone just needed to take a broom or blower to it. We had to wipe down the sides of the hot tub prior to getting in. There was a lot of dirt on the inside part of the hot tub. Dishwasher was broken and there was a broken towel rack in one of the bathrooms. Kitchen supplie were very basic. The house wasn't bad, but we probably wouldn't stay there again.

Maintenance Issues

The cabin is in a great location. There are a lot of beds which make it Suitable for a larger group. The issues we had Involved the Cabins for You management. The downstairs bathroom ceiling leaked so bad that it flooded into the bedroom. I was unable to get anyone on the phone for almost 10 hours even after the overnight person said that they would have someone call me no one did. I tried to get in contact with maintenance and management for hours and was unable to all the while the downstairs bathroom was completely unusable because of the flooding coming from the ceiling. We had to barricade the floor with towels so that the water didn't continue to leak into the bedroom and we were only given one towel per person. When I finally got in touch with someone hours later, They did send maintenance out who was unable to fix the problem. The supervisor for cabins for you finally called and gave me nothing but excuses the entire time. I tried to explain to her that the ceiling is still leaking but she then blames our group saying that the leaking is because the shower curtain wasn't inside of the shower. This issue continued throughout our stay. My advice is to book a different cabin with a different company I am very dissatisfied with my stay and will not be booking again.

Excellent weekend!

We enjoyed the house very much. Location was slightly inaccurate. House is not in Seiverville but is in National Forest near Gatlinburg. Still excellent location. Loved game room and hot tub especially. Perfect for large family trip. We had 11 and everyone was comfortable! Beautiful home.

Bachelorette Party

We used this cabin for my Bachelorette party. It was pretty close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There were enough beds for us all to sleep comfortably. Downstairs is a great place to hang out with everyone. The check in and checkout process was super simple and stress free.

Lovely cabin but had conerns.

Although we enjoyed our stay I would not select this cabin for another stay. One burner on the grill did not work, the dryer worked poorly and took two cycles to dry a regular size load of laundry, there were TONS of house centipedes in the lower area, most TV remotes were missing, to enter the loft area the kids had to pass through my bedroom or enter through the garage, the main floor bathtub was clogged with hair causing the water to drain very slowly and the landscaping around the front entrance was littered with trash.
