Newly renovated seaside 2/2 condo on the second floor with a screened porch. Steps away from a quiet beach. Walking distance to dining. Stroll the beaches to go shelling. approximate 10 minute walk to the Jetty by walking the seashore. Lots to do on the island. Walk The Jetty to a 270 degree water view, beautiful beaches, fishing, local dining, rental scooters, rental bikes, horseback riding on the beach, museums, local boat, jet ski & kayak rentals, local breweries that you can tour, local boutique shopping and much more.

Relax on the back deck while grilling out. Lots of seating and dining outside under the sun shades. Lay in the hammock and take a nap or read a book while feeling the ocean breeze. Take your coffee and drink it on the beach while watching the sunrise. In the evening , watch the sun set at Jaycee Park 3/4 mile south of condo. Stroll less 10 minutes on the sand to The Jetty where you can see the Manatees eat seagrass, locals fishing and other sea life in the inlet. Walk the path from The Jetty towards the swings where you can watch the sunset while boats pass through the inlet. Explore our local museums and nature preserves which are plentiful up and down the entire South Hutchinson Island,

Slice of Paradise fully outfits the condo and you literally only need your personal items. The condo is fully stocked with drinks, snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar powder creamer and spices for cooking while at the condo. Bathing towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach carts, sand toys, floats available for use. Bathing soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, extra bedding & pillows, blow up beds, pack n play (baby bedding available) and child size picnic tables, high chair, play toys and art supplies available for use. In the summer, water play pirate ship table (age 2-5) and waterslide (Age 2-6) available upon request.

Quick weekend getaway

The place was super clean and very cozy. The place was well stocked with anything you could need for a beach getaway. We put our boat in and docked it at Causeway Cove Marina which was awesome as well! Thanks to the owners as they are great!

Awesome place!

Hospitality was amazing. Love the place and the area....house had everything and more. We stayed around Easter time and we had chocolate eggs everywhere & decorations. Beds are comfy and we had all and more than we could ask for.

Great beach location

We had a wonderful time at the beach — the location was perfect, weather was lovely, the beach was quiet, the water warm. The unit contained many extras like kitchen staples and toiletries, so we didn’t have to waste a lot of money stocking up for the week. The owner was accessible, helpful, and friendly.

Weekend Stay

We came to town for a quick weekend stay, a friends wedding. Stephanie was an absolutely amazing host! She worked out all the details and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The home was perfect. Just a very short walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. We needed nothing! I will definitely come back for a longer visit!

Excellent stay over the Holiday break!

The condo location was perfect! A very short walk to the beach. The condo had all the necessary amenities, and then some. Extra food, snacks, beach amenities. The holiday decorations were great! The hosts were there and were fantastic! The little deck on the side was a great place to hang out at night! Would return at any time!

A cozy and relaxing getaway

The property managers were very welcoming and provided info on sightseeing options. The condo was so well stocked. There were snacks upon arrival, which is a relief after a long drive with kids and a dog. The place was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony seating was peaceful especially at night. The area has many great dining options as well as outdoor activities. I would definitely come back.

Nice stay!

We stayed here for the weekend (5 adults) and had a very nice time. The place was clean and well stocked, and a good location for getting around and was walking distance to the jetty. However, a couple of things to note for families - its an upstairs unit and may be tough for those with small children. Also, it says it sleeps 6, but only 2 beds (2 queens) and one roll away which can sleep an adult, but small. However, owner is very nice and helpful and Hutchinson Island as a whole is a beautiful spot.

Great and cute apartment, beach across the street !!!

We enjoyed our spring break stay at Michelle and Nick's place. Michelle is an excellent host. It was Easter weekend, the apartment was decorated and full of surprise eggs for the kids, that was a sweet touch from Michelle. The property is fully equipped - literally, you just need to bring your swimwear and flip flops . The area is nice and close to many places if you want to explore Central East Florida coast, natural areas, state parks and trails.

Great location

Literally steps to the beach! It probably once had a great oceanview but the bushes on the dunes have grown up and now it is just a sliver of oceanview. Great screened in patio. Nice outside deck seating area shared with one other unit. Our unit was clean. Kitchen was well sticked

This review should be 10 stars!

I need to give 2 reviews because our experience was 10 stars. We were going away for our 20th wedding anniversary and had to make an emergency change to our plans. We reached out to Michelle and she was so flexible in getting the unit ready on short notice. And she went above and beyond in the preparation. When we entered the house she surprised us with an anniversary gift! I can't express enough how she turned what could have been a disastrous anniversary getaway into an amazing time.

Don’t book.

We had this unit booked for a couple months and were cancelled the night before we would arrive. Less than 24 hours notice. The reason was stated beyond there control. Understand things happen but that’s way to short. We have used VRBO for several years and never had this happen. We still had to go to the area for our event drove by the place and saw the unit was occupied. Looked like they just bumped us out for someone else.

Amazing getaway

Amazing property, very clean. Michelle was fantastic to communicate with and ver accommodating. She made sure we had the right condo space for my young daughter and supplied age appropriate toys for her to play. There where more then enough snacks and drinks supplied. Everything you need to cook if you want. Close/walking distance to beaches, fishing and restaurants. Michelle was available for anything that my have been need including forgetting the code to get in😁. We will definitely be back hopefully for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend with or without the kids. Pets are welcome too. We are appreciate everything Michelle has done and the accommodations that no others would have done. Thank you so very much for an amazing mini vacation 😊

Florida Memories

Hosts were very helpful and available. Unit had many essentials such as snacks and drinks. We Loved the coffee. It was clean and decorated for St Patrick's Day when we arrived. The Florida beach motif was lovely. Archies was a fun restaurant within walking distance. They served good food and played/sang fantastic live music nightly.

WOW - ALL the way around! The home was just as described and SO CLEAN!!! Everything we could have possibly needed was there for our use. The hosts even had a nice surprise for the kids upon arrival and a touch of the upcoming "St. Patty's Day" spread throughout. The hosts were ALWAYS quick to respond to all my queries (which were plentiful) before and after check-in. They went WAY OVER & ABOVE in accommodating our needs and requests -- WAY BEYOND our expectations! Their HOSPITALITY was beyond AWESOME. If I could rate this whole experience with this home and HOSTS, I would rate it an A+++++ or 5 +++++! I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future. Mahalo nui loa Michelle & Nick! We appreciate everything you did for us!

Hutchinson Island Getaway

The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked with games and treats. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very easy to work with and provided lots of info about the area. We all enjoyed a relaxing care free holiday.
