Just minutes from Old Naples and powdery sand beaches of SW Florida! Walk, bike, drive, or Uber to the beach, 5th Avenue, and 3rd Street South to experience a wide range of entertainment, fine dining, and shopping options from your modernized beach cottage.

This beautifully renovated home and NEW outdoor living space and pool will help you take relaxation to a new level. The salt water pool has a Baja shelf, two in-water loungers, umbrella, bubbler, and waterfall. The pool deck area is large and has additional loungers and conversational seating.

The home features an open floor plan for effortless enjoyment and entertaining. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV and a spacious sectional for watching your favorite network shows or sign into Netflix's using your account info! The kitchen overlooks the living room with bar seating for four, all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, lots of cabinets, and comes fully stock! I love cooking and entertaining! I have tried to supply everything you could need to create unforgettable memories around great food, drinks, and lots of laughter!

Just off the kitchen, you will find a "work from home" desk with a 12 port charging tower for all your mobile and computer needs.

The dining room has seating for 6 people and French doors that open onto the 630 sqft exterior screened patio. Enjoy the warm sunshine while having coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine around the fire table. Enjoy outdoor dining from the 6-seat outdoor dining table and HUGE outdoor umbrella during the day or cozy intimate dinners with soft lighting (on a timer on at 5pm and off at 11pm) in the evening.

Sleeping accommodations:
-Master bedroom with King bed, 55-inch TV, attached master bath, double dresser, and spacious mirrored closet.
-Bedroom #2 with two twin XL beds and 43-inch TV, three chests of drawers, and ample closet.
-Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed and 55-inch TV, double dresser, two storage nightstands, and spacious mirrored closet.

The master bath and hall bath have spacious tiled showers with extra tall frameless glass shower enclosures, new toilets, cabinets, quartz countertops, and plenty of storage space.

Other amenities include ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, private screened-in lanai, outdoor seating, and fire table, Comcast cable, Starlink satellite WIFI, full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, propane BBQ grill, two adult Tricycles with combo lock to ride to the beach or downtown Naples, 4 Beach chairs, one umbrella, assorted pool floats, and six oversized beach towels. This is a non-smoking home. Dogs up to 30lbs are welcome with pre-approval and Pet Fee.

If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, we can supply a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request. We do not leave these at the home unless requested, so please requested to the time of booking.

Reagans Vacation at Royal Palm Cottage

Fantastic house, location and hosts. My husband and 17-year-old son spent a week at this house and the location is fabulous. Although I know the area a bit, the host laid out all the activities, restaurants, parks and parking situations in the area. We had to contact them a few times and they were very quick to respond. The pool was great, and we love that it is not screened in, and it was a saltwater pool. I would highly recommend this place fora anyone to spend a relaxing week close to Olde Naples. We will return!!! :)

True 5 Star Property

Grandparent couple along with adult daughter and college aged granddaughter. House is snug, but features are fabulous. All is as pictured except bikes had been damaged and therefore not available. Plenty of pool floats and beach gear. Owners live nearby so communication and fixing of one small issue were immediate. We have already booked our return for next year.

Quick spring break getaway!

We had the best time at Julia and Charles’ place! The pictures do not do the house justice! It’s absolutely gorgeous! You don’t need to bring anything! Julia and Charles have the house stocked with anything and everything you’d need for your stay. The outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather! It was very close to downtown Naples where all the cool shops and great restaurants are! It’s only about a 3-5 minute drive to a beach which makes it perfect to pack up for the day! Julia and Charles were very easy to communicate with and were available whenever needed! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Winter Break

This was our fourth visit to this property. We keep returning because it's perfect. The patio and pool are fantastic, the kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings are perfect. You can't go wrong with this property.

Chuck and Julia Brown - Once upon a time a California guy met a Florida girl and the rest is history! After 5 years of long-distance dating, I moved to CA and made it home. However, we both longed to get back to Florida because we both just loved everything about NAPLES! In 2014 we purchased a home in the community of Rock Creek in Naples and plan to make it our retirement home. In 2020, a fixer upper in the same neighborhood was listed for sale and we decided to invest in the community we have fallen in love with. The fixer-upper has been transformed into the Royal Palm Cottage. We have spent months renovating this property and giving it lots of LOVE! We are so excited to share it with family, friends, and with YOU!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - The Rock Creek community is very special. It is a hidden gem in the heart of all that is wonderful and desirable about Naples. So close to the beach, Old Naples, shopping, dining, and boating. When we are in town, we ride our adult Tricycles to dinner every night, to watch the sunset, and to the local gourmet farmers market, Seed to Table/Oak's Market. I am confident that once you stay at the Royal Palm Cottage, you will understand how special this location is and want to return again and again!
