Town Home Style Condo avec vue sur la côte depuis le salon, cette unité est joliment décorée avec des styles uniques. Ce 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain est un endroit confortable et confortable pour rester. La chambre principale a un lit queen size et un balcon avec vue sur le lac. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec une fenêtre vue sur le golfe. Avec une vue sur le golfe et le lac, vous avez le meilleur des deux mondes. Avec 2 piscines sur le site, 2 saunas et à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc. Situé dans une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité, il est sûr d'être sûr pour les familles. Également sur place, nous avons des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball, des balles de bocci, un jeu de palets, un volley-ball, un terrain de jeux pour enfants et un espace grill commun avec des sièges couverts.

Nice Location, Old Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a nice ocean view, but is otherwise significantly outdated. The unit also has a uniquely bad smell. There are multiple units at Pinnacle Port that are significantly better at the same or lower prices.

First thing is of course the elevators at pinnacle port, at one point only one out of the three was working, in one occasion the door only opened about 6 inches of course I panicked but we got the door open and used the stairs. Whoever cleans for this condo does a slack job, took out old trash bag and liquid coffee was all in the bottom all they did was put in another bag. No extra linens for sofa and very dusty. I’ve been staying at pinnacle port for over 20 yrs, renting and staying in an owners condo. It was a little disappointing!

There were a few things that hindered our stay a bit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, just wanted to write in regards to some of the amenities in the room being non functional. Some of which did hinder our stay. The coffee pot never brewed, it gets hot though. The toaster oven pictured does not work. The back right stove eye does not work. The microwave light over stove does not work. This room also lacks a family amount of bowls and plates. It was our family of 5s first time and buying groceries due to the amenities we had we ended up having to bring back and or throwing them away.I would suggest to the owner, they may want to address these issues to prevent further complaints.

For heaven’s sake, don’t complain.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented a unit for some friends and it was filthy. There was biohazard waste in the unit. Phone calls were not answered and I only received contact after posting pictures of the mess on a Facebook owner’s page. My friends were moved to an alternate unit and I was refunded the housekeeping fees, however I received a very rude email that stated that I did not follow instructions on texting housekeeping (which were not listed in the rental agreement) among other things. Were I not an owner, I don’t think much would have been done to improve this situation.

Great family vacation!

Small appliances (coffee pot & blender) didn’t work and we wished the kitchen had more utensils (like tongs for grilling) but we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was everything we expected. The extra activities and shops of the property were a definite plus. The only critique I have is that the kitchen be more chef friendly. The stove eyes were unlevel making it difficult to cook on and the utensils (Knives, spatulas, etc.) need to be updated and more uniform.

Quick getaway

Got in late on Friday and check in was super easy. Rooms were just as advertised. Beds slept well. Had a balcony view of the ocean. The pool was great with shade over the water as well as sunny over the deep end. Plenty of carts to unload with. Our dish washer didn’t work but we ate out mostly. Reported it at checkout and they were right on it. I look forward to going again!

Grandmother/Granddaughters Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was in a good location for us, away from the craziness of Panama City Beach proper. Upon entry, however, the smell hit us in the face. It was awful! I had to go buy air freshener and unload most of the can. The dishes and cookware were dirty and had to be washed before use. One small packet of dishwashing powder and one garbage bag were not enough for a five day stay. No laundry detergent provided. No shampoo provided. No hair dryer provided. No beach towels, toys, or chairs provided. I’ve stayed in many condo rentals across the country and am accustomed to more amenities of this nature. The condo needs a deep clean. You can sit in one chair and see the dirt and cobwebs under the chair or couch across from you. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and being on the beach was a bonus.

No AC and rude property manager

Pinnacle Port A506

Pictures were accurate. Pinnacle Port beach area and grounds are lovely and well tended. My husband would put up our beach tent each morning around 5:30 and we’d leave it up all day. Many left packed up tents, floats, boards, etc on the edge of the beach each evening and they were left alone. The unit itself was spacious and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and gadgets. There’s even a crock pot, blender, and panini maker. However, at times there was a strong urine smell throughout the unit. While the unit was neat, it definitely hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. A lot of surfaces were coated in dust and there was bits and pieces of popcorn on the floor between one of the recliners and the wall. Lastly the difficulty in locking and unlocking the complicated mechanism on the door had me cussing a blue streak every time. We will definitely stay at Pinnacle Port again but won’t book this particular unit.

Wonderful time with amazing views!!

Great two story, two bedroom condo with amazing views of both the white sands and emerald colored waters of the gulf from the living room balcony to the wonderful views of Lake Powell from the master suite balcony. The condo entry is located on the 5th floor of the A tower. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Would recommend calling Pinnacle Resort and not using the VRBO messenger as I never received any responses back from property management when messaged through it. Was not a deal breaker and actually never called resort being it was questions regarding beach amenities and I was already reserving condo. But, it would of been nice for a response. Lock on front door needs updated. Keyless system would be nice. The description does not do this place enough justice, as this condo along with the Pinnacle Resort complex is just a great and fun place to vacation at. The resort has pools, tennis courts, shuffleboards, fishing and so much more. Beach chairs/umbrellas through Burke’s Beach Services can be paid and reserved and was a added perk. Very nice service to always have a spot reserved on the beach. If looking to stay away from the crowds and congestion of PCB, I would highly recommended the Pinnacle Resort. It was a wonderful time at a quite family atmosphere resort. Will be back to the Pinnacle Resorts!!

Great Location

Our stay was very enjoyable! The condo was nice and comfortable. Kitchen, den, laundry and half bath on entry level. Master bedroom, guest bedroom, and two bathrooms on second level. We will be staying here again in the future. The water was very clear and the white sandy beaches are beautiful! Elevators were quick with no waiting. I liked having a Publix and Winn Dixie near by. We also had great food at Bayou Bills our first night after checking in. The only issue we had was with the beach chair company workers. They show up too late in the morning to get everything set up. Saturday it was after 10:30am.

Nice complex

A great location, beautiful beach, and family oriented. Traveled with my grown children and their children, plenty for all to do within a short distance. Pools were very nice, and beach access was easy.

Great place to stay with family!

The condo was very roomy with great views of the Gulf as well as the Bay. It sits next to a state park so plenty of beach space for everyone. The indoor/outdoor pool was huge and the beach was gorgeous. There were 3 elevators and almost never had to wait even with the place being packed. The only negatives are all minor and would not keep me from staying here but should be mentioned. No hot tub- I thought EVERYWHERE had a hot tub. The pool, while fantastic, lacked a shallow end. My kids are older so they loved it but small children would have a very small area they could reach. Speaking of little kids: the balcony railings were short, like real short. Just an added concern for children that seemed unnecessary. Lastly the utensils in our condo needed replacement, we only cooked one night so no big deal. Overall it was great and we will be staying here again for sure!
