When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Please be advised that flats, as well as iron and ironing boards, are not readily available on demand. Guests are required to make reservations for these amenities in advance to ensure their availability during their stay.
Parking spaces not available, but the property is less than 5 minutes by walking from Colindale Tube Station.
Our standard check in time is 16:00 - 20:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.
