Cozy apartment with terrace, within a residential village with swimming pool near Cugnana, a short distance from Porto Rotondo.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a residential complex a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, opens onto the beautiful covered terrace, furnished with a relaxation area, and boasts white wooden ceilings and masonry furniture elements typical of local residences. The terrace leads to the living area, an open space with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.
