On the main level is the brilliant open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with a lovely wood-burning fireplace to set the ideal ambient atmosphere. There is a bunk room with two singles and two bunk beds on this level, along with one bathroom and the drying room.

On the next level are the two queen bedrooms and the second bathroom. There is also another lounge with views of the mountain, accompanied by a large screen TV with a DVD player.

Head up the stairs to the attic loft for a secret kids space! Here there is ample space for the kids to have fun with the bean bags and the dedicated games.

For those sunny days, open up the lounge doors to a lovely deck and amble down to the stream. There's plenty of space at Awatea for two families or groups! And, the available WiFi is perfect for keeping everyone connected.

Out the back of the house, out of view from the street is a lockable caged ideal for a safe place for your pet to hang out or to store any mountain bikes.

When it's time to hit the slopes, Turoa is just 20 minutes drive away, and for some apres ski action, the town centre and The Junction are both less than a 5-minute drive from your home away from home.

As there is access to an unfenced stream, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.The television is not a smart device however has a DVD player and discs for guest use.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
