Bedding removed revealing numerous large what appeared to be urine stains. That you can tell no attempts were made to clean them. I texted the individual listed & sent pictures, her response was the thumbs up emoji.
The location was good close to restaurants and shopping. The house really needs some TLC. Towels had holes from wear and tear. The furniture is old and worn as is the bedding. If they would spend. A little the house would be great. We would not stay there again. I hope the owners will give the house some love.
Great host, close to restaurant, and magic kingdom
The house is in a great neighborhood close to restaurants and the âDisney Walmartâ. It took us 20 minutes to get to magic kingdom. Pool was really nice and so was host Virginia.
Excellent property. Clean. My only suggestion is to clarify the instructions by the back door about accessing the pool. Reading that led to a lot of confusion about how to access the back patio. But overall the stay was great!
The cleaning crew should be fired. There were tissues and food crumbs under the king bed and full size (not queen) bed from previous quests. The lamps were dirty and there was blood spatter on the blinds. The carpet needs replaced or at least a deep clean. The linens and towels need replaced.
The pictures on Vrbo were obviously taken a long time ago. Nothing like what it is like now with years of wear and tear. The home is old and tired. Furniture is well beyond its âbest before dateâ. Screen around the pool broken. Leaks under 2 of the bathroom sinks. Pillows were like pancakes so we took extras for the other beds. There were bedsheets and towels still in the dryer when we arrived. Terrible outdoor lighting. We had to use our phones to see where we were going. Good thing because there was a step that we would not have seen otherwise. The blinds were another problemâŠ.old is an understatement. They gave no privacy because they had multiple slats missing in almost ALL of the windows. Also there was just the bare necessities in the house. They wanted us to do the laundry and dishes before we left plus pay a cleaning fee. We will NOT we renting this house again
Nice sized property and well located.
Needs a bit of TLC and attention to detail as it has numerous small issues that could be easily solved.
Homeowner was helpful and friendly when contacted for any issues
The house was very nice itself but definitely need updates on bed sheet covers and pillows because the pillows smelled bad and was dirty, the covers smelled bad as well , the carpets were dirty . We tried washing them but the smell just didnât go away.
The pans and everything needs updates as well because they all looked old and rusty But other than that the pool was the only thing we enjoyed the most.
It seems the owners of this property are doing the bare minimum to keep it going. The worst part of it is it is a nice area and close to Disney but the furniture is uncomfortable From the living room to the bedrooms. Furniture needs replacing it is dirty and you practically sit on the floor! We were not told the Linai had screens missing so we had to deal with bugs! I did report the other things we had to deal with to the owners. I hope they take care of this property better.
Unlike most of the negative reviews, we found this place to be very clean, no odors on the linens or towels. It was perfect for what we used it for, which was sleep at night and make breakfast in the mornings before going to the parks.Pros:Clean, Spacious, Close to Disney, Inexpensive compared to other rentals in the same area. Washing machine did work properly and laundry came out clean, unlike other reviews. Plenty of Towels.Cons:Pots and Pans definitely need replacing. We purchased a frying pan and a flipper that didn't bend when cooking and left it there for the next renters. Cost 11 at Walmart. The mattresses need to be replaced. Not 100% uncomfortable, we all got good nights sleep. The Lanai has a broken screen in the corner by the spa, this was never fixed while we were there, but when I asked for a pool skimmer, they did drop one off.Light in the spa didn't work, but I didn't know it had one until the last day we were there.Light switches by the screen door need to be labeled. We spent a while trying to figure out which switch did what, and still had no clue how to turn the fan off in the patio. Some essentials are missing: Scissors, Coffee Measuring Spoon and Filters, Dish Cloths or Sponges, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Tabs (There were 3 left under the sink, but by day 2 we had to buy more). Suggestions:Maybe create a list of essentials that renters need to bring with them. We got in at 11pm and thankfully Walmart close by was open to 12am.
