Ce condo est l'un des condos les plus rares de Tybee Island! Tu aimeras
pouvoir quitter votre balcon privé et vous promener immédiatement sur
la plage. Il est difficile de battre sans rien avoir entre vous et le
océan! Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain se trouve juste sur la principale
Zone de Tybee Beach.

Le condo a été récemment mis à jour et peut accueillir 9 personnes. Réveillez-vous du
lit queen dans la chambre principale avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. dans le
deux autres chambres sont un lit queen, un plein et un jumeau. Pour ceux qui
tiens Ă  garder les choses plus calmes, vous allez adorer ce petit bĂątiment avec
seulement 5 autres unités. Il y a un ascenseur pour un accÚs facile.

Profitez de l'une des meilleures vues sur l'océan et la plage de l'ßle depuis pratiquement
l'ensemble du condo. Profitez de la cuisine avec une vue sur l'océan depuis ce
cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Vous aurez également plaisir à écouter de la musique sur le
stéréo depuis votre balcon en bord de plage.

Cette zone de la plage principale de Tybee Island est une belle Ă©tendue de blanc
plages de sable et dunes vallonnées à mi-chemin entre la plage sud
(Jetée) et North Beach (phare).

Vous trouverez de nombreuses activités insulaires, y compris les musées, le vélo,
shopping et restaurants fantastiques.

Ce charme de Tybee Island est Ă  seulement vingt minutes du centre-ville historique

Stay somewhere else

The pictures are mostly accurate, but the condo was extremely dirty and in need of a lot of maintenance. There was water leaking from the unit above into one bedroom. The bunk bed was unstable to the point we felt the top bunk was not safe and our daughter had to sleep on the couch. There were layers of dust on everything, sticky floors, stained and broken furniture and mechanicals. The property manager came twice but the issues were beyond the point of resolution during our stay. Location was great, but stay somewhere else on Tybee!

Perfect location

What a perfect location, and great amenities! This rental provides everything your family will need for your beach vacation. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 (kids ages 10,13,15) My kids were so happy with all the beach toys provided, especially the boogie boards. We were also able to cook our own food since they provided cookware and dishes. The pool next door at Beach Colony was so nice and convenient, we spent a lot of time there. There is a poolside bar and restaurant next door that was amazing too, the food was delicious! I definitely recommend this rental, the rental manager was friendly and super quick with responding. We would stay here again.

Great location!

The location of this rental is fantastic. Especially if you have forgetful beach goers who need to go back and forth multiple times from your rental to the spot on the beach. Super easy. The unit is dated but comfortable. The microwave was broken when we were there but host was aware and getting it worked on upon our departure. Was very nice to have access to neighboring resort's pool (and restaurant). There are two parking spots with the unit.

Good but not great

The location is really great, and we also enjoyed the access to the pool (with bar/restaurant) in the condo building across the street. Communication with Leslie wasn't great at first (I even contacted VRBO to let them know) but got better as we got closer to check-in. An improvement from previous reviews was that the fridge had been replaced. However, the elevator wasn't working, there was mold on the bathroom ceilings (issues with the condo above us), the place sleeps 7 at most and the double-bed was a little unstable (I brought some tools to tighten all the screws as best I could). If a few things were fixed, this would be a great place at Tybee that we would definitely stay at again.

Won’t stay here again

Ceiling fans were filthy. Dryer didn’t work I think we ran it the whole week. Fridge and freezer didnt cool and freeze. Had popsicles in the freezer for a week didn’t even freeze hole in shower ceiling. Hole above dryer. Couldn’t sit outside at night for the roaches. Filthy under furniture. Bunk bed is a safety hazard.

. Walk off your balcony onto the beach

Condo was dirty especially the floor and oven. In need of a lot of repair to the ceiling in bathrooms and kitchen where there was a big hole above the dryer. The refrigerator handle was broken and both crispers cracked. Outside a lot damage to stairs and deck. Elevator was not working during our stay. The owners changed the wording on the website within the hour of first complaint. The condo does not sleep nine only six. A lot more was very wrong not enough room to get it all in.

Never staying here again

Place needs a lot of work. Floors were filthy, trash under beds, food left in couch. Dryer sucks, hole in ceiling above dryer...ceiling in main bathroom leaks onto sink counter. It is not WALK OFF PORCH ONTO BEACH. Elevator is BROKE and has been since June. Apparently no one cares.Refrigerator wasn't working properly...took the whole length of stay to get it replaced, had to throw out a lot of food and things aren't cheap at grocery stores. HOST DOES NOT RESPOND. The code for garage gate to pool didn't work, had to walk all the way around to get access, no response on that either. For the money we paid....NOT WORTH IT!!!! If you are thinking of this place...don't book it!!

Some yays, some nays

The condo is in a great location for beach access and we appreciated the elevator when loading & unloading luggage and having parking right there was great! The air conditioning was exceptional. It appears the ‘newly updated’ refers to a new couch and chairs. Other areas could use some repair such as the bathroom ceilings, clothes dryer, frig door handle. We had to clean the deck door slider track as it was so filled with dirt & sand we could hardly open it. The clothes dryer doesn’t dry properly & the vent behind the lint trap was packed with debris. With a little extra cleaning and TLC this would be perfect! Even with some issues, we enjoyed our stay. For the next renters we left 2 new beach chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy!

Great Expectations

The Vrbo rental property was the perfect example of false advertising. The pictures you see of the deck and the view from the deck to ocean are not correct. The deck was splintery and had many rusty nails that had worked the way up. The view was trees, shrubs, dunes and a walkway that is no longer in use because the dunes have shifted. Pros: The house was clean The beds were comfortable and clean The house manger came the same day she was contacted. She was a very nice person The fridge wasn’t cooling and she took care of it. We would have been ok with the view if we had known ahead. These are old pictures. Easy to tell by the size of the shrubs. We may have chosen a different rental if the listing was transparent and the pictures were up to date. One major selling point was that there was an elevator. Which is an important factor with elderly(my husband and I) and handicap individuals. If the elevator isn’t working properly the owner should be responsible for contacting the renter. To us that was very irresponsible. The small stackable washer and dryer in the apartment were not sufficient for a 9 person rental. The washer did work well, but the dryer had to be turned on 3 time to complete drying one load of clothes. When we mentioned it we were told to hang them outside until they dried and then put them in the dryer with a softener sheet.

Balcony with a view

This condo has the potential to be an awesome vacation spot. The location cannot be beat. It sits right on the beach with beautiful views. It has plenty of space inside and outside and is decorated nicely. Unfortunately during our trip we experienced several inconveniences that made our stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. First the elevator did not work. This was one of the reasons we went with this rental. All of our group was between 55-65 years of age. I have to use a cane to walk
so going in and out each day up multiple levels of steps with beach chairs and bags was quite a struggle. The refrigerator’s ice-maker was not working, therefore we had to go to buy ice each day. I feel that the refrigerator will soon need to be replaced as it barely kept our food cool. The handle on the refrigerator was also cracked and will soon break off. The clothes dryer took a very long time to dry even a medium load of clothes. And the top bunk bed was very unstable and unusable causing one of our ladies to have to sleep on the couch. I reported the elevator and bed situation within the first hour of our arrival and was told it should be working the next day, but was never fixed. I did not report the refrigerator or dryer as these situations were not immediately recognized. Hoping these issues will be resolved so this condo can be the perfect spot for the next renters.

Wonderful stay

The property was as advertised and adjacent to a public boardwalk to the beach. The owner answered promptly and helped with checkin. We would, and probably will stay here again.

Gorgeous views and breeze

We love this beachfront condo right beside the boardwalk to the beach. The balcony overlooks the beach and has amazing views and breezes. Condo is cute and clean. Parking and checkin were super easy. Have already booked for next summer!

Pretty view of ocean.

Overall we had a nice time there. The woman who cleaned the place finished when we got there and was very lovely and helpful. There was a beautiful view of the ocean, and the inside of the condo was comfortable. I wish that you were able to walk right out to the beach from the deck like the description stated. There was a lot of trash on the property under the deck area and along the side of the building. Also, since we had to enter the beach from the public entrance we encountered a lot of trash there. The smell was strong at times. Beware of the palmetto (American cockroaches) bugs. They were plentiful on the deck and a few were found inside the condo.

We loved the beach! It was inhabited but not crowded at all. We went to Savanna Praline Co. twice for for great ice cream. and, went to dinner a few times.
