Appartement lumineux au premier étage avec vue sur la mer. Rénové en 2016. Salles de bain rénovées en mars 2017. Village paisible offrant une marina et des sports nautiques. Top zone touristique avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Ville de Forres à 8 km.

Seagem est un appartement lumineux au premier étage à Findhorn, à 50 mètres de la mer avec vue sur la mer, nouvellement inscrit en juin 2016. Le salon principal de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon ouvert fait partie de l'une des trois tours du bâtiment commun, et a des murs incurvés avec une belle fenêtre pleine longueur laissant entrer la lumière. Il peut accueillir quatre personnes: une chambre double et une avec lits superposés. La chambre double a une salle de bain avec douche et la salle de bain principale a une baignoire, donc idéale pour les enfants ou les adultes qui veulent se détendre! Il y a une place de parking dans le parking privé. Avec tant de choses à voir et à faire dans la région, ainsi que la lumière unique que les artistes adorent, Findhorn est une destination de vacances de choix depuis de nombreuses années. Commodités: lave-vaisselle; laveuse / sécheuse; radiateurs électriques à accumulation de nuit; porte-serviettes chauffants; réfrigérateur; four micro onde; Téléviseurs et lecteur DVD; Wifi; four électrique et plaque vitrocéramique; jeux et livres. Scenic and Relaxing Stay by the Bay

This apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Good base location with access to various distillerys, castles and a moderate drive to Inverness. Great location for walking along the beach on the bay.

Wonderful and relaxed

Everything was perfect for a relaxed family-trip to the beach, the bay and the highlands. The flat, the village, the people, the small bakery and the restaurants, all had a heart-warming charme.

Spacious, comfortable, convenient and well-equipped apartment.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment as it was filled with light in the daytime and warm and cosy in the evening and within easy walking distance of the shop and café.

Peaceful seaview gem

Property was just as described. It was very clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. Host was very pleasant. Door entry was easy to understand from the instructions.Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Nice stay by the sea

We had a great week at Seagem Apartment. It offers enough space for a family of four and is very well maintained and equipped. It is also close to the water. The landlady was always approachable and helpful. We would come back anytime as Findhorn is such a lovely little place from which you can also explore the hinterland around Inverness or the Cairngorms National Park.

Excellent rental property and great host.

This property was clean, with modern conveniences. Comfortable furniture and kitchen area. Very close to beaches, marinas, great local bakery and convenience store. This area of Scotland is the best. Thank you for a relaxing time.

Great property in lovely Moray village

We had a great week in this lovely property. We were greeted by Sue who was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication throughout was great. The property itself has a fantastic location, it is very bright and we had everything we needed including a parking space. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable apartment in great location

This is a really great flat. It's clean, well equipped and comfortable. A beautiful beach is 3 minutes walk away, Findhorn has places to eat but is only a short drive from all tbe facilities in Forres. There's plenty to do locally. The check-in and out process was easy and Susan looked after us well. Can't recommend highly enough.

Comfortable, light-filled apartment

The apartment was a good fit for us for our short stay in Findhorn. Clean, warm and comfortable. It felt like there was care taken in setting the place up and Susan was a friendly, warm and responsive ‘host’, proactive and pre-empting what we might need.

Excellent family summer holiday

My family and I stayed at Seagem for a week this summer. We regularly stay at Findhorn and this apartment was perfect for us - extremely well equipped, particularly for children, with little extras like cleaning products and kids' toys making it feel like a home from home. The location is perfect - less than 200 yards to the beach, with restaurants, pubs and a small shop even closer. The host was very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even easier. Check in was straightforward. Would highly recommend, we will definitely stay again!

Seagem, absolute gem.

Booked Seagem as a short break for my wife and myself. We used to holiday in the adjacent caravan park many years ago. Seagem is just the sort of place that we were after. Great size of property, clean, tidy and a home fom home. Lots of local information and well positioned for beach and harbour too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Susan, the host, kept us well informed with information about the flat. First class.

It was an excellent holiday flat with warm welcome by Susan. We loved staying here!

Seagem is the perfect holiday flat for either two or four people. Lovely views of the sky, village and sea. Short walks to the beach and pubs and restaurants. We had every convenience in the flat and it was cozy and comfortable. Susan, our host, left us delicious Scottish treats including homemade jam and marmalade. There were some great little books and pamphlets that pointed us to walks in the area, as well as other activities to take advantage of. We loved our stay here! We highly recommend Seagem to others and hope to return in the future!

Perfect!

This apartment is just a minutes walk to the car park and main entry point for Findhorn beach - the location is perfect, The flat was pristine clean. Lots of thought has been put into making the flat a no hassle stay - plenty of plug points, hangers, all the kitchen utensils you would need, powerful shower and a bath that fills in minutes. I was intending to book the flat for another week but the dreaded Corona Virus meant I had to head home - I will definitely be booking in the future. The welcome pack was delicious and much appreciated.

Great flat in perfect location

Spotlessly clean apartment . Nice and warm with a very comfortable bed. Location could not be better for the beach & walks. Very quiet at all times. Kitchen is well equipped and some lovely welcome goodies on arrival. Thank you Susan. I would strongly recommend this property .

Perfect Apartment

Everything about this place was easy, the location, the heating system, the appliances, all top notch. Susan was a superb host, supplying us with locally made food, wine, milk and crackers to help us bring the new year comfortably. The apartment is all you could wish for for either a short or longer stay in beautiful Findhorn.

Homecoming visit

We found this lovely and very comfortable flat to be the ideal base to revisit family and friends in Forres and surrounding area, to enjoy the proximity of the beach for walks and just to relax. Parking was ideal with our own designated spot and the amenities in the flat were excellent from the high quality appliances to the great selection of cooking utensils. We would highly recommend Seagem to anyone visiting Findhorn or anywhere nearby in Moray. We will return without a doubt!

Richard and Susan purchased this property in 2016. Richard is self-employed, and Susan gave up work ten years ago to bring up their three children. Now that the children are more independent, we were keen to run a holiday home, particularly as we live in an area famed for its scenery and mild climate. Findhorn was an integral part of our childhoods, and those of our children. We are now enjoying helping others discover the beauty of the area.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Richard and Susan are local people who spent much of their childhoods on the beautiful local beaches of Findhorn, Roseisle and Burghead and know what a fantastic place this is for a holiday. Although their three children are now grown, they too enjoyed the beaches, the crab fishing on the pier, collecting seashells, creating pebble pictures and sandcastles and, of course, splashing in the waves!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Whenever we first stepped into the apartment, we loved it. The main living area of open plan living/dining/kitchen is part of one of the three towers forming the communal building, built in 1998. It has curved walls and a lovely full length window bringing in light and sun. We love the view from the main bedroom. The apartment is in a good location with shops, coffee shop, eating places and the beach/bay just a few minutes walk away. The two bathrooms are an added bonus.
