This property did not have any reviews...so we did not know much about it when we booked. Turns out you have to walk to the third floor (4 flights), which was a challenge with luggage and was tiring after long days of lots of walking. The apartment itself is spacious and perfect for a family (or 2 couples). The location is great -- it is right near the sea wall where you can walk to see the sunset, and it is a 15 or 20 minute walk (at most) to anything else. If you are adventerous, it is also less than a block from the bus, which took us directly to the La Caleta beach.
Pros: location, spacious, comfortable, easy check-in, great air conditioning, had various supplies (detergent, body wash), lots of electrical outlets, TV easy to use.
Cons: lots of stairs (with no elevator), sheets and towels are a little old and rough, no toilet paper holder, no toilet paper supplied (though there were some paper sheets from Ikea), beds are low to the ground (which is fine if you are short but more challenging if you are older or have bad knees). There are small things that could be done to upgrade this otherwise great apartment.
