It's the perfect space for a couple, a group of friends, a small family (with kids aged 12 & above) or remote workers looking to relax and enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather year round.

-LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN-
The Living room is equip with a large 55” Samsung Frame smart TV and a large couch and ottoman, allowing you to kick back for a comfortable night with all of your streaming services. There is a record player stocked with a few of our favorite records for you to enjoy. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room and flows beautifully. There is an electric stove and oven, a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, farmhouse sink with a garbage disposal and a large pantry space. All appliances are modern and new.

-BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM-
The two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Bedroom one is equipped with a comfortable queen bed while bedroom two contains two comfortable twins. Each room in the house features it’s own mini-split temperature control for year round comfort, so you can adjust to your liking. For anyone working remotely, there is a desk and chair as well as a strong wifi connection throughout the space. The bathroom has a large shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and blow-dryer.

-OUTDOOR SPACE-
The best space! Its easy to flow into the private backyard right off the Livingroom, with French doors leading you to the best part of the house. There is a outdoor dining table for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the birds, or your favorite nightly beverage and dinner under the stars.


-IMPORTANTS THINGS TO NOTE!!!-
-This home is set up to comfortable sleep 4 people. Please note that our maximum overnight occupancy is strictly 4 guests- unauthorized guests may result is immediate cancelation of the reservation.
-This is a two story house with both bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
-This is a backhouse. This home is completely private, with your own fenced in backyard, and private entrance.
-Parking: There is no designated parking space. However, street parking easy to find.
-Though we love pets, the modern amenities and features of this house make it a pet-free location. Thanks for your understanding.
-For safety and comfort reasons, we can only accommodate children aged 12 and above.
