Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, and surrounding outdoor areas during their stay. The property is located in a secure, gated reserve with well-maintained roads and lush natural surroundings.

A vehicle is recommended for convenience, especially for exploring nearby attractions and getting into San Ignacio town (approx. 10–15 minutes away). 4WD is required especially during the rainy season for added comfort and peace of mind on hilly terrain.

The villa is located about 10–15 minutes from San Ignacio Town by car. We recommend renting a vehicle for maximum flexibility during your stay—4WD is required, especially in the rainy season, due to the hilly terrain leading up to the villa.

If you prefer not to drive, we’re happy to assist with private transfers, local taxis, or guided tours that include pickup and drop-off.

Air travelers can reach San Ignacio via a 1.5–2 hour scenic drive from Belize City’s international airport, or by a short chartered flight to Maya Flats Airstrip, just 20 minutes from the villa.
