About the Space
Welcome to your private, deluxe suite in a one-of-a-kind Bed-Stuy brownstone. This immaculate 1500-square-foot space features two queen beds, two full bathrooms, a steam sauna, and a fully equipped gym. You'll also enjoy a tranquil backyard with a cedar hot tub, grill, hammock, and shaded front patio perfect for people-watching.
The open floor plan includes a chef’s kitchen with a six-burner convection oven and a live-edge bar connecting to the living room—great for meals or entertaining. Please note: the kitchen, living room, and other common areas are shared with me (your host), as I reside in the home during your stay. Every corner of this space is designed for comfort and luxury.
Location
Greene Avenue is a quiet, tree-lined block in the heart of Bed-Stuy. You're steps from the G train and a short walk to the A and C lines—just 20 minutes to Manhattan. Explore nearby neighborhoods like Fort Greene, Bushwick, and Williamsburg, or stay local and enjoy an incredible array of cafes, bakeries, bars, and restaurants right outside your door.
Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive use of your private bedroom and bathroom within the suite, and you’ll share common areas—including the kitchen, living room, and gym—with me (the host). There are no other guests on-site, and you'll enjoy plenty of privacy while sharing the space with a respectful, non-intrusive host.
