This stunning home is situated in the desirable North Pacific Beach area of San Diego, just a short stroll from the beautiful beaches and clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. Boasting a spacious layout and beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom, this property is perfect for anyone seeking a memorable Southern California Beach vacation.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan luxury living space. The property even features a gorgeous private patio.
The master bedroom includes a very comfortable king bed (guest feedback) with a linen/cotton duvet, and a desk for WFH. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The master bath has a glamorous look, and waffle robes are hanging in the closet for after your shower.
The kitchen includes updated stainless appliances and is fully furnished for cooking meals at home. Whether you’re a tea or coffee drinker we have you covered with an electric water kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and French press. There’s also a full-sized washer/dryer.
The beach is 7 blocks away and there are fans in all the rooms plus a portable AC in the bedroom to keep the house cool in the summer.
In the coat closet you’ll find a yoga mat, beach chairs/umbrella/mat, tote bag with beach towels and games, and picnic cooler bag. Take the boogie boards to the beach with you for the day.
The private front patio features a tranquil fountain frequented by hummingbirds. There's also tables and chairs for al fresco dining or relaxing. The BBQ along the side of the house is perfect for grilling up skewers or steaks.

We've stayed in vacation homes in Belize, Turkey, Croatia, Hungary - each and every experience was special because of the wonderful hosts. I want to welcome other like-minded travelers into my newly remodeled home too and help create memorable vacation experiences for them.

Guests at our modern home in Pacific Beach will have access to a wide range of amenities and facilities to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
First and foremost, guests will enjoy the open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The living area features a comfortable seating area and a large flat-screen TV, while the dining area provides ample space for meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as all of the cookware, utensils, and dishware you'll need to prepare and serve meals. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
One of the highlights of our home is the gated outdoor patio, which is the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and watch hummingbirds bathe in the fountain. The patio is furnished with lounge chairs, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine and lounging.
Other amenities available to guests include high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, safe, boardgames and more. We also provide all of the linens, towels, and toiletries you'll need during your stay.
Finally, our home is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, where guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and other beach activities. The area is also home to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and attractions, all within easy walking distance of our home.

Although close to all the major attractions, this house is on a quiet block of single family homes in north Pacific Beach. It's private and peaceful - you can rest and recharge here after a day of exploring all San Diego has to offer. It's also the perfect environment for working from home - take your coffee breaks on the private patio and then spend the evening walking the boardwalk and/or exploring the unique restaurants in the area.
