Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBTC) 208B is an immaculate one bedroom, one bath completely updated beach condo that is ready for your vacation! The open floor plan is comfortably furnished with everything you need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach.

The layout upon entry consists of the kitchen, living and dining area with balcony, the bedroom, and a full bathroom. The bedroom features a king size bed, two end tables, two lamps, a dresser, and a mirror. The updated full bath has a large walk-in shower with glass doors, comfort height toilet, exhaust fan, vanity with sink, and large closet with glass sliding doors. The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a stainless-steel sink with garbage disposal, and full-size dishwasher, glass top range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, undercabinet lighting, a coffeemaker, and Keurig. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or create a delicious meal. There is a dining area with seating for four people, whether it’s for eating or playing card games. In the living room there is a three-seat sofa, chair with ottoman, coffee table, freestanding lamp, and for privacy there is a floor to ceiling accordion door. Kick back and relax here to watch the large flat screen TV. The condo features complimentary Wi-Fi. Walk out the large three panel sliding door to access the furnished balcony with Gulf view. This outdoor space is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour! The newer A/C and fully tile floors keep the unit at a comfortable temperature. Beach Chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach wagon are all provided. Just bring your suits!

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club is a luxury high-rise resort that offers many amenities. The building is furnished with an elevator and secured lobby entry door. There is a heated pool, tennis courts, free parking during your rental, access to BBQ grills, and coin-laundry. Right outside of your vacation condo is seven miles of white powdery sand beaches to sink your toes in and enjoy long walks, shelling, and breathtaking sunsets. Take in the beautiful natural lagoon and bird sanctuaries abundance of wildlife!

Santini Marina Plaza is located just across the street and is home to many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. If you’re ready to be out on the water, you can rent a boat from the marina located just behind Santini Marina Plaza or head to Lover's Key State Park and rent kayaks, canoes, stand up paddleboards and bicycles. If you are ready for entertainment, guests can also take the trolley to the north end of the island and visit Times Square. The trolley picks up at EBTC and runs every 20 minutes. This resort is located closer to the southern end of the island and makes it an easy drive south to Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island.
