- To ensure your comfort, we provide air conditioning units during the summer months to keep the space cool. These are removed in the cooler months to promote energy efficiency.
- The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. During periods of high usage or colder weather, it may take a little longer for hot water to reach its full temperature. The boiler may also temporarily reset for safety if irregularities occur.
- The heating system operates automatically when temperatures fall below 68°F and turns off once the set temperature is reached. Radiators do not have individual controls, so heat output cannot be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler will run more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
