Our kitchen is an absolute treasure trove, brimming with all the cookware, utensils, and plates you could possibly need. Among the impressive array of appliances are a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, all at your disposal. Bowmanville is a small, residential neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago known for its charming brick homes, strong community spirit, and local businesses. It has easy access to parks and public transportation, making it an ideal family-friendly community.

To get to West Foster Ave from O'Hare International Airport, you can take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Jefferson Park Station. From there, transfer to the #92 Foster bus heading eastbound and get off at Foster/Western. The address is a short walk from there.

To get to West Foster Ave from downtown Chicago, you can take the Brown Line train towards Kimball and get off at the Western station. From there, transfer to the #49 Western bus heading northbound and get off at Foster. The address is a short walk from there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a rideshare service from either location.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.

HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and dogs and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
