The Space:

Centrally located close to downtown Golden and in close proximity to I-70, there are endless activities for every season that you’ll be sure to enjoy. Bring a car to explore far and wide, utilize the Golden RTD light rail just a little over a mile away, or bring your bike to get around town.

Entering the townhome on the main level, you will be greeted by a large living area with a cozy sectional including a lounger, accompanied nicely by leather armchairs, and a TV. This relaxing space boasts a rustic and sophisticated feel, with a music theme sprinkled throughout the home. Kick back and relax with some streaming apps (must use your own accounts) as you nestle in after a long day of adventuring. Head across the way into the dining area and kitchen to enjoy each other's company in this open space floor plan.
