Sedona is magnificent! I can say that because we have tried so many red rock trails, taken the Pink Jeep tours, visited Page Springs vineyard often, and we still look around and say, "Can you believe we have a house here?" If you visit us in November to mid-December, January, February, or March for 30 days or more, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Lisa Dahl, the award-winning chef here, has three restaurants about 5 minutes from here; Cucina Rustica (upscale Italian), Pisa Lisa (modern pizza/Italian food with style), Butterfly Burger (modern, fun & grass fed burgers or chicken burgers). Or, you can visit her restaurants, Dahl and DeLuca or Mariposa in West Sedona.

The house looks out from the reading room to the red rocks of Bell Rock and Courthouse rock, just a short 7 minutes away to hike there! We are on the first roundabout in Sedona, so you don't have to get mixed up with town traffic if you don't want to! You can drive 5 minutes to Clark's grocery store, or get a massage at Elements, get your nails done, buy new shoes, and grab a bite to eat. There is a local expresso coffee roastery with pastries nearby, more shops and hikes left and right.

With this home as your base, you are fully stocked with supplies, the yard will be tended to every month and cleaners will visit at least once a month.

Our home overlooks the 15th tee off on Sedona Golf Resort. The inside of the house has a circular effect. Our living room windows circle out to a view of the large patio and golf course, to windows in the kitchen. Our bedroom has a circle of windows from the leather sitting chairs to the bed with full views of the course. Our dining table seats 6 people; it is circular. Our living room side tables and coffee table are circular! If you walk around the living room fireplace, to the kitchen, hallway, reading room, and back to the living room, you have gone in a full circle!

If you sit on the leather couch, both end seats elevate to lift your legs and can fully recline, and the headrests change to help you to take a nap. The leather armchair rocks and reclines as well! If you need to seat more than 4, there is a leather recliner and footrest, so you can all enjoy the large television! Watch TV and enjoy Roku access to Hulu, Netflix, Britbox, ABC, and NBC channels through our login!

There are two leather armchairs and blankets in the reading area, with a circular coffee table and two leather small seats for others. Head to the master, where there are two more leather armchairs, a footrest, and blankets to enjoy your golf course view! There is a huge King bed with comfortable linens and two bedside tables and a dresser. Both have granite tops! Luxury. p.s. Need to write; a small desk overlooks the course!

The master bathroom is large with a walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a huge walk-in closet with storage for the other towels and linens for the house. Lots of room to hang your clothes and a Dison vacuum to tidy up as you go.

Walk through to the right of the kitchen into a guest room with a queen-sized bed and dresser and a lovely bathroom next door! If you have to work during your stay there is a built-in large desk and drawers with cupboards above in the large laundry room. You have a modern washer/dryer and cabinets above for laundry and cleaning supplies.
