Getting Around:
To get to West Barry Ave. from O'Hare Airport, you can take a taxi or ride-share service, which will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the Blue Line train from O'Hare to the Belmont Station, then transfer to the eastbound 77 Belmont bus and get off at the Broadway/Belmont stop. From there, it is a short walk south to Barry Avenue.

**This apartment is in a building full of other units. Though none of the living spaces are shared, you may see your friendly neighbors coming and going.

- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
