Maison au bord de l'eau sur le magnifique lac Francis, à seulement 1 heure des villes jumelles

Cette maison récemment rénovée, à quelques pas de la plage, est l'escapade parfaite.

Passez vos journées d'été à pêcher sur le quai, à naviguer et à nager dans le lac Francis cristallin de 1 050 acres. Prenez plaisir à vous asseoir, à faire des grillades et à manger sur la charmante terrasse couverte neuve. Notre activité préférée en soirée d'été est de nous réchauffer dans le sauna, puis de descendre vers le lac au fond de sable propre pour se rafraîchir. Inclus dans votre séjour et disponibles pour votre usage sont 2 planches à pagaie, 2 kayaks, un pédalo et Lily Pad ainsi que de nombreux gilets de sauvetage et petits jouets de plage. Il y a aussi un jeu de balançoire / jeu dans la cour avant.

Le printemps et l'automne apportent tellement de beauté naturelle à ce lac et à toute la région. Réveillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil sur le lac Francis. Stanley Eddy Park est à seulement 3 miles sur la route et a près de 4 miles de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée.

Pendant les mois d'hiver, la station de ski de Powder Ridge à Kimball, dans le Minnesota, est à seulement 22 kilomètres. Skiez toute la journée et revenez à la maison confortable et réchauffez-vous dans le sauna. Stanley Eddy Park (à 5 km) possède également des pistes de ski de fond.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et la troisième chambre a des lits superposés. Il y a un canapé futon dans le salon qui se replie en un lit double, et il y a un matelas gonflable double disponible. Il y a une douche dans 1 salle de bain, une baignoire / douche complète dans la deuxième salle de bain et une douche dans le sauna.

So close to the lake- beautiful!

Spent a week with family here. Sauna and jumping in the lake was magical. Not a hugely busy lake was also a bonus- perfect for pontooning, great sunset cruises and coffee by the fire!

Perfect Spot

Great location and lake place for a family weekend. Lake is beautiful and the sandy lake helped to beat the 95 degree heat. Definitely recommend and going back.

Family vacation!

This lake house was perfect for our family! Our children are 5, 4, & 1 and it was perfect with the water starting at ankle deep with a sandy bottom that goes out past the dock everyone was able to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful lake house

Stayed for an extended weekend with the family. The lake is beautiful with clear water. Great for boating, swimming, or fishing. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The dock was such a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morni g. The house had everything we needed. The grill and well appointed kitchen made preparing meals so easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing and tranquil getaway.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. However it was not clear that there was a no pet policy until I received the confirmation. Otherwise the cabin was clean and comfortable. The lakefront was really great! The sauna was a great added bonus.

Ladies weekend

We had a very nice ladies weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed/wanted. Mornings on the porch drinking coffee/mimosas. Days spent lounging on the dock and in the water. It was a great weekend with friends!

Momcation

Five moms getting away for a long weekend! The house was the perfect size! The dock and all the accessories were good. This would also be a great place for families! They have a little sand area and toys and floaties for kids. Something that would have been nice to have or to know was more chairs. It would also be fun to have atring lights on the patio for when it gets dark. There is a light but it attracted so many bugs! We loved the sauna! Holly was a great host and answered any questions we had!

Fantastic Lake Francis Cabin

Our rental was great! The house was so well stocked we didn’t need all the extras we typically have to buy. The cabin was a lot more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the master bedroom had a great view of the lake. Outside, the deck was on a perfect breezeway, the lake was great for kids and the dock simple and sturdy. There were plenty of toys, rafts, kayaks and paddle boards for lake fun. We especially appreciated the elevation of the property since we didn’t need to climb steps. Holly was a great host and very responsive! We would certainly rent this cabin again!

Enjoyed spending time with family. Loved eating outside with picnic table under covered deck. Picnic table and bench’s needed to be brushed down to get all the top layer of finish that was peeling off. Plus cobwebs looked like they had been there awhile, so not very appealing. Paddle boards and kayaks needed to be cleaned before we used them. Board started sinking quite a ways down the shore and needed me to walk it back. No plugs were in it and we couldn’t find them in staging area to put in. Quite disappointing. One kayak was missing a plug as well. Our top priority was to use the paddle board shown in picture, but wasn’t one, although looking back it wasn’t listed a s amenity. Kitchen fridge inside needed to be totally cleaned before we used it as there was dirt and grime along shelf inserts etc. Same with microwave. One drawer pullout was broken. Very disappointing to start our vacation. Garage was in disarray so would have needed to organize it to use. The 4 orange life vests we used looked to be brand new. That was a plus! Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be remodeled and looked very clean. Great view of lake from inside cabin. Loved being on the lake where we once owned 20 Years prior. Lake was still clear as we remembered it, No place for our friends to pull up to dock to pick us up with their pontoon. They currently live on lake so it was very inconvenient. I wouldn’t rent it again. I spent a thousand more than usual to rent this cabin.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, clean and was exactly as described in ad! The kids loved the lake and couldn’t swim enough in the beautiful sandy clear water. Very relaxing stay!

Lake Francis Cabin

This cabin was very clean and kid-friendly: the grandchildren enjoyed the swing set and sleeping on the bunkbeds. The shallow sandy lake bottom was perfect for young children, and the dock with stairs was great for getting in and out of the water.

Great Cabin!

My family and I had a great week at the cabin! The water is crystal clear, the kids had fun playing in the sand and on the lily pad. The cabin was clean and provided all the essentials for our stay. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle boards out. The sauna was a plus as well!

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this cute cabin and beautiful property. The beach and dock were perfect for our kids to play in the clean sandy beach and the paddle boards, kayak and lily pad were a blast too. The cabin had everything we needed and neighbors were great too! We would love to visit again!

Nice stay

We had a nice weekend getaway to this lake cabin. The cabin was cute and clean. Iit was a bit windy outside but the outdoor patio looks nice and inviting during summer time! The house was nicely stocked. Holly was so great with communication and the check in our process was easy. The only things I would recommend is a more comfortable couch And a bigger fire pit. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great little cabin for long weekend

The cabin was just right for our gals winter retreat away from the cities. We enjoyed taking a sauna every day after hiking in the area! Kitchen has everything you need. Keurig is a nice touch, but note that there's no traditional coffee pot. This cabin is great and could be exceptional with a few upgrades, like better mattresses and more comfortable furniture. Holly was a friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

The property is very neat, well appointed with everything we needed for the weekend. The lake is literally right outside the door and within 20 minutes drive to Powder Ridge where the kids went skiing. We had a beautiful lake view sunrise and lots of sun during our stay. Since it was winter and we did spend quite a bit of time inside, we found the couch to be not very comfy and the oven needed cleaning. But overall a very enjoyable stay and beautiful modern property. This cabin would be even more amazing in the summer with their new deck and playground for the kids. We were very pleased with this property.

This home is situated on an ideal flat lot that leads down to a great sandy(hard) bottom lake. The location being just 45 minutes from the western suburbs of the Twin Cities, is fantastic. The home is perfect in size and in layout. We love the sauna!
