Located in Santanyí, this fantastic Mallorcan house with private pool welcomes 8 guests.
This house has a capacity for 8 people. Accommodation of 230 m2 located in camí de na Burgera in Cala d'Or, in the municipality of Santanyí, renovated in 2013. This house enjoys a privileged location, as it is in the middle of the quiet countryside and very close to the hustle and bustle and tourist activity of a town like Cala d'Or.
This house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with views to the countryside or to the swimming pool. It is an ideal house for families and groups of friends. Three of the four bedrooms have two single beds and another one has a double bed. It has three complete bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. It has Wi-Fi and a spacious living room very well equipped with comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy the satellite TV or read a good book. It also has a complete and well equipped kitchen, with a dining area with a large table and chairs where you can enjoy meals together or, if you prefer, you can cook outside on the barbecue or on one of the furnished porches near the swimming pool.
There are two porches next to the pool area equipped with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers; ideal for long evenings, outdoor meals and enjoying the good weather of Mallorca while living outdoors. There are two fenced swimming pools for better security. The large pool is 7 x 5m and the children's pool is 2 x 2m. The children's pool has a depth of 0,5m.
There is capacity to park up to 6 cars uncovered in a space prepared for this purpose a few metres from the house. It has a large garden area equipped with a ping-pong table.
The house and its surroundings breathe tranquillity and are ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. It is located in a plot of 6.500 m2 and in an environment that invites to make long walks through the dry land and paths of the area. In addition, the paths surrounding the house are ideal for cycling.
The house is only 1.9 Km away from the village of Cala d'Or, where you will find everything you may need during your stay; supermarket, medical centre, chemist, bars, restaurants, shops, etc., as well as a frenetic tourist activity. It is a town with a leading tourist industry and a reference point in the south of the island of Majorca.
By car you can reach in 10 minutes the white sandy beaches of the Natural Park of Mondragó or in 20 minutes the area of es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi. This property is only 60 minutes away from Palma where you can go sightseeing, cultural walks or shopping in the most exclusive shops. This property is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet accommodation but, at the same time, want to be close to a tourist centre and its attractions such as Cala d'Or.
