Internal Description

Recently renovated, Villa Gemma is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 5 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. Inside, the property is furnished in a modern style with an attractive design and custom-made furniture. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Small pets are allowed upon request.

Raised ground floor: Just three steps up from the courtyard leads to a lovely terrace furnished with breakfast table and chairs. From here, you enter the bright and welcoming living area of the villa, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a large tv, a working fireplace, and an elegant dining table for 6.
This level also includes a guest bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and counter.

First Floor: The upper floor, accessible via a short flight of stairs, consists of: a double bedroom with private terrace, large wardrobe, and tv; a single bedroom; a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Attic: In the attic, there is a spacious and cozy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a practical wardrobe, and plenty of fun games to entertain the little ones.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); use of the charging station for electric cars. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
